Sadly, it only worked once. Despite reappearing in RAM, it has failed to notify me since the 1st charge. Shame, Battery Full Notification (BFN) is the only app of this type I found that was designed to do nothing more & nothing less, all others having extra functions & usually w/ ads but no ad-free pro version. Suspiciously, background (& foreground) data is turned off for BFN, yet it still uses data. While it hasn't been updated since 2012, another old app I use still functions on Android 10.
I was excited about this app at first. it actually notified me the first time for sure. then I didn't get the notification anymore. I thought maybe because I was just in another room when it went off and I didn't hear it might of been the issue. but turns out that it just wasn't notifying me that the battery was at 100% witch upset me seeing as that is the whole point of using this app. uninstalled it. galaxy Note 9 user
Very cleverly made app. I am giving it 5 star just for one setting that is - the time interval between repeat notifications. I have downloaded and tested so many Battery Alarm apps but only this app gives this option. One small change I would suggest though. It should not start automatically with the system, it should start only when the charger is plugged in. Only those apps start automatically which notify when battery % falls below a particular level. this app lacks this option.
Hasn't been updated for six and a half years because it doesn't need any update, apparently. Works perfectly. So tiny in storage. Tiny battery usage. I have it on a LG g5 running oreo. Set my own alarm sound I got from zedge, set repeat occurances and intervals. Perfect. Thank you.
Until the time i was using sony phones, this app was working fine but as soon as i got new phone samsung galaxy ,this app doesnt work properly.at my set percentage it should notify me of charging phone by notification sound but it woudnt .and charging goes beyond 95% and surprisingly when i manually open the app,at 97% ,suddenly the app starts notifying me with sound .please help me to fix it
it is a very good app but will be perfect if to be editted as follows: 1.the notify on full charge is not nesessary while we can choose it on Notify On Percent Of Charge .instead of; 2.add an option for Notify On Minimum Of Charge. in that case all users can give 5 stars to it. please let it work with low versions of android just same as now. thank you for your very good app.
Best battery full notification app. I rarely use free apps but when I do it's because they impress me with their simplicity and the utility value. It's my opinion that this is a keeper.
I love that there is no adds. When it is not charging it needs an alert or alarm or notification on less then a percentage to let you know when the power is too low.
when my software was android 9 pie then this app was working. But when i upgrate it to android 10 from then this alarm app is not working. This app is so small. So we like it. I use it for so many years. But not unable to use it. Because after upgrated to android 10 it is not working at all. So pls update this alarm app by which we can use it.
I'm using it on Samsung Galaxy S5 (International version) with Stock Android v6.0.1. This app is just awesome with all the features I need with so light resource consumption. The user interface is though simple - but this simplicity is the key to low resource consumption, I think.
Great, clean max and min battery notification app. The settings are a bit disorganized but all the needed settings are there.
i'd give 5 stars if you could make it smaller size haha. very essential, its perfect. no unecessary permissions and features. all we need is the alarm. play store needs more developer like you.
I just wish you can develop this app and update it to work on the more recent versions of android os. It's a very good app. Please make it better for everyone to use. Android 10 and above. Thanks
Please update for a new SDK. No option to set battery percentages, ie I want to sound an alarm when my battery is at 80% when being charged or 20% when being discharged/unplugged.
To: Developer, Hello... 🙋🏻♂️ This application is working great on my phone. I appreciate that there are no ads & the many options this app has. Placed my positive feedback because you deserve all ★★★★★ stars! 🙏🏼 I thank you for creating Battery Full Notification!🔋
It works fine when it works. I have had it work for me multiple times and then just stop working for a while and randomly work again. I can't figure out how to make it work every time...
Light weight, no permission although it's not updated since 2012. Simple and functional.
I have linked this app with IFTTT and works like a charm. IFTTT will turn off my smart plug when the battery is full. Saving my battery:)
Compatible with Android 10. No unnecessary notifications or permissions. No loop for alarm though.
Minimal. Only alerts when battery is full unlike the more popular battery 100% app. Does exactly what I need without extraneous bs. Thanks!
Seems to work well .Has failed in notification once. Definitely needs an update as android is now running Pie 9.0.
Update to my review and I added more stars since it turns out wireless chargers don't seem to work my bad, I now got it to work using a wired cord and removing battery optimization
This is great, and from the "ancient days" of Android. Works very well on "low memory" devices. I recommend this HIGHLY!!
For an app this small sized, it certainly does it's function very well. I thank you for your great work, Milko Boyadjiev! 👏👍🤩
I know it's a very old app but it would be better if you make it as a widget and allow user to hide app from app drawer
One of the bests . super lightweight and useful . Good job . lot of thanks .
Works well. Could do with an update for newer versions of Android.
My initial impressions are great. Does just what I want and nothing more - that is too notify me when my charge reaches 80%. Tiny size and no special permissions needed. I have been using AccuBattery for quite a while which works well and does the same thing plus a lot more stuff that I didn't use after the first few months, but it was taking up 110 Mb of storage versus a puny 340 kB for this app.
