Battery Pack Calculator - for electronics

This app is SO useful when planning and building a battery pack. Honestly can't praise it enough. It has all the common batteries ready to go but you can add you own as well. It really helps you understand the relationship between series, parallel, mAh, cont. discharge and other metrics as you can quickly and effortlessly move the sliders about to get the pack you need. Yes - the maths is simple at the heart of it. But this app beats the hell out of manually doing the maths every time. I would love to see: Standard discharge rate (alongside max) Standard and max charging rates.

Great app! It has a lot of common cell types predefined. But you can also add new ones yourself, as custom cell types. Very handy! Kudos to the developer! I suggest to allow saving battery configurations that are built on the cell types. Also add saving the load configurations. You should also add fields for the cell dimensions, impedance, min&max Voltage, absolute min&max Voltage, etc.

This app is so useful I use it all the time to work out battery packs. It would be good if could customise what shown on main screen or show the notes part on there so could take screenshot and send with comments to ppl who don't have the app

This app has been very useful in helping me to build battery packs. The only thing that would make it more useful would be to have an option to choose between Lithium Ion and LifePo batteries since the voltages are different. I'm sure I could create my own custom battery though in the app since it allows for that.

Brilliant bit of kit, just wish it would also display the size measurements as well, it would also be great if you could go through a list of viable BMS board once you've picked your layout. Edit: Thanks for getting back to me, you are very correct sir, a rough estimate would still be nice, although could potentially cause more harm than good.

The app itself is brilliant very well sort out extremely handy and easy-to-use and not bombarded with hundreds of ads. I give 100% for everything else honestly I do. but if I had to be a Critic I would say it would be great to see some more battery types, example car batteries, scooter, 6 volt ,12 volt up to possibly 24volt, deep-cycle, AMG. It would come in extremely handy for some people especially myself right now😁. Thanks for all your hard work. keep it up, it's appreciated.

Tried a few different battery apps this has got to be best one I have used. Needs more battery types and makes added like 26650s. Good thing is you can add batteries not in the list. Only downfall is that you can not save battery information that you enter and it be a great idea if there was some form of data base or updates were people share battery information because there are 1000s of batteries. Custom battery data can't be saved

Very nice app. Good mapping of existing cells. Lots of great new features are possible. Like having pre defined voltage modules (24v,36v,48v,etc...) also being able to save different modules.

Thank you for this useful app. Is it possible to add a database updater for the list of batteries? I am aware of the custom entries I can make, I am curious though if it's possible for the app to get a more comprehensive list from somewhere else and import it. Also, can we backup our current database to share it?

I don't have much to say but all i will say is that i will advice people who is looking for better battery experiences to download this one time app because it work perfectly well for me thank u so much for itt I have been downloading apps for better battery experience but all are not better enough but when I download this battery pack calculator i was satisfied with what i experienced thanks for Ur had work

Update, after using the app a bit (no instructions + Newb = me) I like it alot better. Changing input numbers on the fly is excellent. Nice app. Very few ads.

So cool I'm a noob hobbyist and this app really helps me. Edit: app is unable to calculate time for power consumption under 10 milliamps, shows error message: all required fields are not filled out

Does what it needs with a straightforward intuitive interface. No issues yet.

UI unfamiliar. Too little assistance for newbies. I dont have a clue how to make it calculate, & don't know what it's calculating. Useless for me.

Good app but all i can find are lithium ion batteries it would be nice to add other types of batteries like nimh nicd lifepo4 lead acid alkaline carbon zinc etc although you can make your own custom battery it's nice that there isn't any annoying pop up ads

Fantastic application if you add the price of each cell than it is easy to choose the correct cell as per requirement

What would.be an amazing feature is a battery schematic, showing how to compile and connect the batteries.

Could be better : you can add charging time calculation of the battery pack dependant on the input cc cv . It's good cause it has discharge calculation dependant on the wattage .
