Have had for several months and am disappointed at the crude information available... No usage history/ graphs, battery level in only 10% increments, no way to modify alerts.... The device is sound but software/ firmware needs an overhaul imho.
It has been handy to be able to check the battery status from the phone. The app shows the same settings that is displayed in my Jayco Silverline. I have been travelling around Tassie for the last 3 weeks with a lot of free camping. With the blue tooth you can view the battery status outside.
No ongoing support. Going by the response to Gregg's review below they bring out new models which have new aps then cut off all support and development to older devices and apps. The older devices do not work with the new apps. So why would you purchase new versions when they will only become unsupported once a new model is released? Poor form really, especially for a premium priced product.
Not a bad app. Easy enough to use. Would like it to give more info though. For example, total AH's used, AH charged, perhaps cycle count, just to name a few. A history.
Won't even recognise my my BMPro, can't connect at all, have to use the older app which then through a warning that it is made for an older version of Android and may not work. Not happy
Doesn't even find battery despite paired initially with Bluetooth
It's about as expected.
So damn laggy and so hard to connect to. Most of the time when I want to use it the app just says disconnected. And it won't connect. When it does.. there is bugger all information. Where are the graphs? Where is the historical data? A $49 matson from sca gives me that! It's more expensive than a victron with less functionality. I think it's time to update your app and give your customers the value they paid for..
