I would love the game if it did not crash constantly. I try to buy gems and it crashes. They always have the same answers so it not getting fixed.it has also become a pure pay to play game. It's getting disappointing for sure
This once was a game with great potential but greedy developers and players with too much money have ruined it. They just merged everything into two servers and rendered two year old >100lv accounts powerless with no hope of addressing the imbalance. Save your time and money on something that doesn't make you feel used.
As soon as I downloaded the game, before playing at all, I was met with a screen to download the "new version to play"! I hadn't had it 2 minutes, why was the old version linked from the store? I had a code but wasn't offered an opportunity to use it! Uninstalled.
I liked the graphics and I thought that everything was adventurous and great. Although, I would have liked it if there were free modes.
Somehow got logged out and the game wouldn't accept my password tried resetting my password keeps telling me some kind of error and then it totally resets the game to level 1 from level 87 so much for over a year of game play
It's alright you don't have to pay to win but it definitely helps things go faster I'd give it a higher rating but customer service sucks (still haven't responded to my request to help) and they're missing the Italian Navy(Regia Marina) and the French Navy I'll put it to 4 stars when they add the Italian Navy
Great game...love the many different ways ships level up. And the developers are not stingy with the diamonds so easy to earn a ship load of them. Thanks for the awsome game.
i really love this game... only now ima disappointed cause it no longer works... keeps crashing instantly before i ever get in it. no other game like it is better!
Great game but horrid customer support and very pay-to-win. 10-26 <20 players on server, should have merged long ago-dull. Three coiners in one faction have shut everyone else down. Fix this. 12-04 Account vanished, past experiences say that to try to recover it is a waste of time. You give them all your information and nothing but a runaround. Level 100/>500 day account gone. Play at your own risk.
Although I enjoy the game, it constantly crashes and now it won't let me past the "rewards" as it won't show anything to pick.
Currently I'm waiting for a response from you guys to give me my diamonds I paid for a few days ago for $9.99. Now I'm stuck on a "pick your reward" screen after I enter the game and can't even close it as it says pick 1 of 3 rewards but nothing shows up. Help please?
it's a good game problem is zero support from the company and terrible customer service if you have problems you're on your own and they do that with all their games
exactly the same game as age of ships 2 aside from 2d portraits and faction choices and building ships requires real cash currency or 48 hours between builds, play azur lane instead.
Very greedy company. Everything is way too expensive and the only way to even have a chance is to spend money.

Would be a fun game but you have to constantly uninstall and reinstall because it crashes. I have to do this every other day. Some of the battle modes lag so bad I can't participate too. Their support is pretty good and respond quickly. Problem is that they say the same scripted thing with almost every problem. Fix the bugs for a higher rating.
