I love it! I get to book my daughter's childcare usage in the app, i see and sign up for classes and also get to see the extra curricular offers, it is so much better than having to call or wait to be at the club to get the info. The app works very well and i have not had any issues with it.
Similar issues to those mentioned in other reviews. After using for 3 months the app logged me out and the login screen is frozen. Tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. Spoke to customer service and the response which they conveyed from the app developer was that "it must be a problem with my phone". Very professional and productive (sarcasm). FYI, this app was developed in-house (Bay Club employee) and not by a professional developer so that explains a lot.
The app is frustratingly slow. Especially when you switch from cell data to wifi and continuously logs out the time. For the class of club, Bay is, I would have expected a much better app experience.
never able to get it connected to network and use. Hundreds of other apps of mine dont have the issue. Edit: half year passed by and issues remain the same. EXCELLENT!
The app is really great and convenient. It's user friendly & setting a RSVP for classes is best part. Also the billing feature allows me to pay via app without having to visit club!
Leaving feedback for eng team here as no in app feedback is available. 1) Primary use for this app is to check-in. Pls either default check-in as home screen, or add bar code to current home screen. Pls don't make me work in the app. 2) Add an in-app feedback option to facilitate valuable user feedback. 3) Push back on your marketing team or whoever is forcing the app to be super bloated with marketing nonsense. The "Fall bulletin" is *NOT* a Notification!!!
Difficult UI. Getting set up with the consent form is confusing and buried under other notifications. Scheduling function is buggy and not kept current.
App crashes when trying to open it. totally unusable. installed 3 times and got the same results each time.
A basic function is missing. The Club requires a photo, and it says that you can upload your photo. But! There is no way to do that. Hey, sw engineer, wake up
Locks up about once a week. Makes me re-signin often. You know it's sub-par when people at the front desk tell you things like "just take a screenshot of your check-in bar code so that you don't have to use the app"
Love it. Don't have to carry my card. Can look up all my billing info and points, etc. Also nice interface for looking and signing up for classes.
terrible app. impossible to have it connect, then it hangs when generating the qr image for the front desk to scan.
$150 a month for membership, yet can't hire a competent developer to make such a simple app. Constant startup it connection issues. Pretty much unusable.
Love being able to check-in, book classes, update billing info or see what's happing at the Club!
It's just a 'web browser' app. You can do the same by adding the webpage as an icon to your homescreen
Terrible! It gets stuck....it shows invoice first when you are looking for classes
App is easy way to check in, look at your account, book classes, and add / remove members.

The app means well with it's design, but it's functionality doesn't deliver. Anytime you're at the home screen the app does not remember your gym and there's no way to indicate that the app should remember your selection. While trying to book fitness, the app is also telling me the club is closed for the pool deck cardio, but I was just there, so this is clearly a flaw. Positives: easy to navigate, just not easy to get something done quickly and without multiple clicks/taps
