Frustrating to use for mobile deposit. Takes image while trying to position in rectangle. Captured image is small compared to image when taking picture. Audio too loud. ALWAYS questions images. I am getting to the point of not wanting to use it. It's been almost 6 months and nothing has improved.

The basic app is great, but it has the pickiest mobile check deposit I've ever used. Some of that is the bank's requirements for adding a lengthly sentence to the endorsement specifying mobile deposit and the full name of the bank, but before I could submit the check the image validation tossed me back to retake the images (though the original images were fine). Hopefully they can address this with future updates.

Almost perfect, better than the website honestly. You can view balance, transfer money between accounts, and cash checks, all very easily. Protected with a password, but doesn't constantly ask you to call a number to verify your device like the website does, so it's protected but also not too much of a hassle to check your balance.

I can't trust the app to keep an accurate account of my finances in real time. Sometimes the notifications come to my phone one and two days late. While it's true that there's a lot of functionality with the app like Pop Money and transfers work like a dream

I used the manual check deposit for the first time, and it went well taking the pictures of the check front and back. I just hope that they can see them clearly. It's especially helpful when one is without their car and it's raining today!

Basically functional but a little clunky. Lets me check my balance, transfer between accounts, and do mobile deposits which is all I really need. The quick balance view on the login screen is sometimes unresponsive, and takes multiple "swipes" to make it show up.

Great, I have a feature request though. It would be amazing if I could add a simple note or title to a transfer as I make it. Ie when I send money to my partner because we split the cost of dinner, but it happens so much it gets confusing when looking at the bank statement.

Their app is easy to use and intuitivly laid out, just as their staff is knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. I've been banking here for 10 years, and using the app for around 2 years. I doubt I'll ever change credit unions unless I move out of the area.

Does everything I need it to! I can transfer money between my accounts, pay bills, deposit checks (via photo), and see my transactions. It seems secure and I've never had any problems. If you have an account with Bay Federal, this app is a must-have

Super easy to view account and instantly transfer money. I've used it for years! Only annoyance is that I'm not always able to see if my check has gone through when paying rent.

I love depositing my checks without having to go to the bank during covid restrictions. I was hesitant to begin but at my daughter's recommendation downloaded the app and have been very happy with the capabilities and security. I haven't pursued the other options on the phone app as I'm used to doing other functions on my laptop.

Dreadful! Almost enough to make me move my banking business elsewhere. Almost impossible to deposit checks. Flash on, flash off, natural light, artificial light, auto pictures, manual pictures nothing seems to make this app happy. I've had none of these problems on the same phone using banking apps from other institutions. Bayfed, get your act together!

Won't let me transfer from savings to checking.... What's the point on having an app downloaded that won't let you do something as simple from one account to another? Can't deposit checks, limited with almost everything else ... Very frustrating!

the notifications for account balance don't actually appear right away, sometimes for several days. NOT helpful at all. shows false transactions sometimes when compared to web browser main site.

When it works it's good, but SO many times you can't even log on, just like the website. Sometimes when you do log in for a transfer, you can't make a transfer for various tech reasons.

no app is perfect, what i appreciate is my early experience laat year was good enough and has steadily improved with updates not just in the places that were a bit wonky such as mobile deposit (working great now) but user experience across the app. thanks folks for making my first mobile banking experience such a good one.

Was going well until it just stopped working one day. Everytime I login I'm unable to see my balances or use any of the settings. It's been like this for 2 weeks. 2 emails and a phone call and its still not working.

Works well. Mostly intuitive. Glad to have it since the website won't recognize my laptop since they started the new security method. I need to call about that.

Ease of use is one of the many strong points of Bay Federals online banking application. Adding new bill payees, payments that are scheduled and non - scheduled, and remote deposit using a phone camera have been extremely easy and useful. Local banks near Oroville have such poor online banking applications that I have retained my accounts at Bay Federal after moving away from Santa Cruz. I highly recommended Bay Federals online banking application.

Check deposit is very buggy. Every single time after I have already hit deposit it loads forever then tells me to "look at picture" (I already looked at picture when I took it). Then I have to tell it again to deposit the check and have to wait for it to load all over again. Gets very annoying when depositing multiple checks.

Easy to use, but this app used to let you check off transactions so that it was really helpful for balancing my checkbook. When that disappeared it was never as useful in my opinion!

A year ago I gave it 3 stars and my gripe was about user names but my new review leaves it as a 1 star. You get 0 notifications even if you set it up to notify you of things, it feels like the bank just wants your money with their 10$ a month service charge as well as the 30 overdraft fees alonf with once again the 0 notification of being over drawn or informing you of large withdrawls or tranafers even if you go to the settings to do so. I would write more but it's over charachter limit of 500.

This app makes it so easy to access my account. I can check my balances, make transfers, even find no fee ATMs! I also really appreciate that I can use my fingerprint to log in.

Great service. Easy banking, lots of options to explore with investments, savings, or day to day business. I'm sorry I waited so long before joining, but glad I'm a member now

I would have given it 5 stars 🌟 but I can't make the long-in to remember my username. For safety reasons, I would like for them to have that once again. We all know these days there is cameras all over the place and typing my username and password all the time. This opens a window to have people stealing my information. Bay Federal techs please.

Love the app, does what I need it to. If there was one thing i could add, it would be the ability to reconcile my accts at the end of the month.

Photos of check keep getting refused because they can't be read. Then I have to go into the bank branch to clear it up because I've already endorsed the check for mobile deposit and can't use the ATM.

Very easy to use. Very compatible with my experience from my laptop. Wish larger check deposits could be made above $5,225.00!

It is very easy to navigate this app which is saying a lot for me. So much better than the automated system. You can check it every day without any hassle. I love this app!
