Bayad Center

Reloading the app through bayad centers beats the purpose of this app. If I have to reload over the counter, shouldn't I just pay my bills over the counter? It's less of a hassle compared to paying through the app. But it does have a wide array of billing companies. Interface is very sleek and design is understandable too. I just hope you'd find more ways to reload the app other than just select banks and through the bayad center itself. Other than that it's an app with lots of potential.

Useless app. The reason for an app is so you don't have to leave the house to do transactions. I tried this app but it seems that there's no option to pay by credit or debit card (or if there is, it's for select transactions only). Funding method is also very limited to a few banks only and there's no way to fund via credit card too. So in short, i need to get out of the house just to be able to pay bills with this app. Then the app will charge me a convenience fee.

Would be better if they added an option to add balance using Paymaya and GCash, credit or debit cards, or through convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and Ministop. Most over the counter transactions through bayad center, villarica, or through banks require people to wait for long queues therefore prolonging their exposure outside. This app was made for convenience but it's not really convenient.

Having issues registering an account. An initial sign up resulted in a bad sign up according to the app. Trying it out again said that the email is already in use. Using a secondary email resulted in a prompt saying that the mobile number is already in use. Attempting to login using the first account requires a verification text to the number linked to the account but I never got a text. Trying to resend results in the app saying the request cannot be processed

I funded my wallet through bank transfer and was credited days after. When I tried to pay my bills, my transaction always failed. Useless app. And there is no way to transfer my money from my wallet back to my bank account. SO INCONVENIENT! The previous app was good as I was able to pay my bills without any problem. After the update the app will no longer let me pay as my transactions always fails. I would not recommend this at all. 😡🤬

You can pay your bills as advertised, although you will find it very tedious because you'll have to "Cash In" or "Load" your wallet first by going to physical cashiers. However, there is an option to load your wallet using your Mobile Banking Apps (albeit limited). What makes things worse is there is no option to transfer your excess cash in the e-wallet back to your Bank accounts. The feature "Easily transfer fund to friends" is also nowhere to be found. False advertising at its best.

No options for paying bills except thru funded amount (wallet balance that cannot be withdrawn or transfer back to your bank account) , which you need to go out during lock down for real time credit or online bank funding that will take from 24 hours or more. Not useful anymore. I hope they bring back PayPal and PayMaya. Rebates does not reflect, I have paid bills since last year. None of the rebates was credited. The good thing about Bayad Center is that some overdue bills are accepted.

Not convenient to use. It takes forever to cash in when using bank transfer, it will take 24-48 hrs before it will hit-in to your account. Unlike other apps, after transferring funds it will automatically transmit not less than a minute. Until now, I'm still waiting for the funds to reflect in my account, need to pay bills asap supposedly, but this is not helping. This is so unfriendly, and there's no way for you to send the money back to your bank account.

doesn't make sense coz you still need to go out and find where you can put a load on the app, so what's the use of this app? instead of going out and load this app to pay your bills, you can pay it directly while you're out. this would be great if there's a credit card option or other contact less options that will not require to go out and find a place where u can load the app specially this time of pandemic

Funding the wallet thru online banking fund transfer is little bit tedious but works smoothly when you follow the instructions to the letter. Bills payment is straightforward and the 5 pesos transaction fee is just fair and actually cheaper compared to other similar apps. Tried upgrading my account, but the app would just stop. I even tried using a different phone but still with the same result of stopping while trying to upgrade the account.

Good app! Could be better though. Cashing in is a bit limited compared to other apps. Rebates system is good. A way to save biller details would be greatly appreciated. Also, a way to save the transaction receipt directly would be far better than me taking a screen shot of it.

It's troublesome! Not all biller is found in the app like my local electric bill. And I can't seem to proceed my payment for NSO (Birth Certificate). It always says that "Failed to communicate with biller API. Please try again later ." Please fix this ASAP! And you should have an option of withdrawal of Funds, especially when your app doesn't proceed with payments for other billers. You can't even buy load yet the feature is present for the app. Unbelievable!

Good app for having a lot of billers. However, you need to load first before you can pay like for example, DFA and you don't know if it will be credited within 24 hours. It's inconvenient. App should work to make life easier, in this case, in order to pay bills, you need to load over-the-counter or online banking instead of using debit/credit card or PayPal.

Since yesterday I cannot do any transaction after funding my account. I have to pay the bill or else I'm doomed. Been contacting the customer service to let them know about this issue but until now they haven't fixed it and always tell me to wait and check constantly. My goodness!

While I do value my security, I am not pleased with the password entry. After entering one incorrect password, I went with the password reset. Then waited 5mins for the email. Once done, you will have to wait for 7 mins before entering the new password. Failing again will make it 14mins. This also applies if you also fail to enter the correct PIN. So, I am totally frustrated with the app and just uninstalled it. Password resets should be easy as you have your phone and number on it.

You have to input the Bank transaction number with screen shot to validate the Add money. That's too many steps for me. Its not as easy as paymaya when adding money. 5 pesos service fee for each Pay bills. Not like paymaya that service fee for paying the bills. Does not have as many promos like Paymaya. For example in Paymaya you'll get free 100 to you buy load. With rebate if you pay your bills. You can do the comparing, for you to be more successful.

I find this app really useful before because it gives you the option to pay via credit card but now the option is gone for some billers and available to some. I hope they can make that payment option available to every biller because it is what makes this app convenient to use.

- Difficult to cash in since they ask for verification and their confirmation. Please think of smoother system to use. - Upon uploading images, it does not appear in Android 10 so I have to download this app on another phone with lower OS (Android 6). Kindly fix your bug.

This app no longer allows user to use their credit card as a method of payment. A big middle finger to the person who thought of this stupid idea. Also if you want to pay your SMART postpaid bill, inputting a telephone number is mandatory. Simply amazing.

It's not user friendly and if the password entered incorrectly twice only it will be disabled for a long period of time. I can't send any money because of the apps error message overall this app needs some fixing to do.

Unable to create an account, the password does not accept special character but ther were no warnings just errors! After I fixed the password creation my email address was already taken! I change email address then I was able to create my account. Now when I was finally trying to log-in Ive got an error something about credentials! I even tried the finger print log-in via samsung pass to no avail. Please fix your app and not let users become beta testers!!!

had an error with the app and it didn't go through the receipt confirmation. however the amount was credited on my paypal acct (and credit card linked in paypal) Kept asking their Facebook support for an update and assistance, and guess what? they keep asking me the same information and proof that I have been supplying from the start. Worst app + worst customer service.

Useless app. I can't even scan the code. always have an error, biller not found. It is already 2021 and still no improvement. I even ask for the refund last November and still no refund because there is no option to send or transfer money to other banks or platform. My 2 application also was pending and not even a single update. There is even a service fee, compared to others like gcash don't have a service fee.

I highly recommend this app. Sure it charges some amount for bills payment but it's all worth it for the convenience it provides and it gives back 1 peso rebate. so parang 4 pesos na lang per transaction. You can easily fund the app, free of charge, via online bank transfer. Da best.

I have been trying to upgrade my account by following the instructions on the app itself. The last step is to upload a photo of yourself with your ID. When I get to that step I always end up going back to the main screen. I have no idea how you guys planned your flowchart but this step beats the purpose. This app is a ginormous waste of phone memory and human effort.

There was confusion upon registering. Somehow, it worked after restarting the app after force closing. I don't understand why some people here kept on complaining. Can't do basic troubleshooting? Oh well.. I will try this for business. Keep on improving developer. Thank you for this app!
