If you want to add a card you have to use your camera, you cannot add it manually by inputting card number if you use the camera, it wouldn't add it also as it keeps processing forever!
Very poor service/response. I have been trying to wire money in my e-wallet to a bank account for more than 4 days, but the app keeps failing. I contacted the customer service several times.... and guess what... nothing more than a lip service. I will give one or may be 2 more days, then I will the issue to SAMA. Stay away from this app.
Not bad but need some improvements in the interface. The merchants are not categorized etc are main drawbacks. There is no reason to keep cash in the wallet except for international remittance.
Worst Application. Sent money to India on 9-3-2020. Still didn't receive money. Customer care executives are not picking up calls. Despite many attempts, they do not accept the call. They do not accept the call even after I waits ten minutes One more thing is that their customer care number is not free. When we try to contact them there is no other benefit than losing money.
Add beta in the title of your app name, there's no way this app is market ready regardless of what your app developer saying all apps are buggy initially, first impression is important buddy, stop promoting on instagram an app which is super buggy, first make it bugless then promote on ig, else its gonna tank even before you've taken off. You're playing with people's money, no ones gonna trust an unstable app, pul it down, and release only when its 101% perfect, you can't risk negative publicity
Really like the app! But the rate was higher before from othe digital wallets and remittance centers but now the ratess were decreased. Please make your rates higher like it used to before compared to others!
I am quite disappointed by this app as when ever i tried to make an overseas transaction, i always face many issues like money transfered from my debit account but not showing in App Wallet, right now an error tgat enter the agent code and currency is not available. Please make your homework proper before launching an app.
International remittance has been closed for more that 20 days. Before also was having trouble in recieving money but this is like long time they are taking for clearing technical issues.. i thing stc pay is best than this if this goes on.
Only attraction was 1SAR charges, calling customercare remaining 14SAR spent. Not connecting to agent. No replay to mail, only automated replay on receiving mail. It took 4 days to credit amount on my account. First experience it self very bad. Same happend to my friends to whom I am recomended the wallet. Customer care should be improved remitters are wory if remittence not receive in 24 hrs please replay for qerys. Now allways announcing all agents are busy please hold line. 30 minute?
Exchange rate are good and transaction fees also liked only 1 sar but the problem is bayanpay not working properly sometimes its create error for money transfer. I don't like very very worst app and need more improvements on this app.
Not able add international beneficiary. Low grade app, not working properly since the launch. Financial services need more trustworthy app and establishments.
There is no option to add amount in wallet through sadad. Which option is already provided it takes 1 days to get amount in wallet. It's so delay. 18-March-2020, I was adding money to wallet on 16-march,2020, But still not credited in my wallet. Very whrost app.
I've added money in my wallet , now I'm not abhe to transfer the amount due to some internal error with the app. This has case problem to me and my family abroad , worst thing is customer care does not answer im trying from last 24 hours , the call keeps ringing and disconnect automatically after 10 mins , and this call are chargeable wasting to much money here , need solution here .I need to take care of my family kindly help me
Very bad experience... i tried to send money to india... But still not credited.. showing pending for verification... i contacted customer care through Mail, call and direct message in bayan pay.. but no response at all...
International remittance services is not working since few days. And unable to contact customer service team. Why SAMA given license to this app. I don't understand. Very disappointing...
Not happy with Bayan pay service # No immediate transfer to beneficiary. # Always apps is hanging . # no option to change the mobile number. # very hard to top up the money, need Sadad option , same like STC pay # No sms update after money transfer & credit to beneficiary Accounts. # ETC
Why App is asking permission to my manage phone calls and contact details these are all my personal i can't allow this strange application. i removed this app from my phone due to personal security reasons..
I use this app before 1 year experience is good ...but I have to phase if I transfer to weekdays transaction have created so many problems then I send bank working days performing too good...
Very poor service as I have transferred through international transfer but after 24 hours onwards my amount wasn't transferred in my account and very poor customer service also as sent email and direct call also but no response came from them so my suggestions is not to use this bayanpay wallet application so go for STC pay.
Bayanpay was good before but now a days very high top-up charges, international remittance service not working from long time. Hoping BaynPay may come back as it was last year.
Worst apps is BayanPay because if you have two indian account you can not add in beneficiary i tried to beneficiary add my account but always error message existing mobile number you can't add and also duplicate name is not supported so i deleted this apps and again download StcPay.
App still need improvement.unable to add bank account beneficiary.only cash payment beneficiary can be added. Not as per expectations. I write many times in your Facebook page but no response. So its not good app like stc pay aur fawri online or enjaz online.
Good exchange rates but unstable app. First two times money got credited immediately to my Indian account. But now even after 48 hours I didn't receive the money in my Indian account. Worst customer service. Everytime the same answer from customer service like 'technical issue please wait for 48 hours more' :(
Very bad experience. No customer support. Not even able to transfer money. The verification take ages. Waste of time and money.
Previously there was data in selecting the bank. But now nothing is displayed...please fix this so i can sent money which i already added into this application...which i think my bug mistake
Your application is utter waste no transaction is successful and because of you my money is stuck somewhere which I do not know will it come back or not and I have another 1000 SAR stuck in your wallet which I do not know how to withdraw, please do not come to market without have a stable application. Useless app waste of time and money learn from STC pay. Starting from notification to customer grievance no support useless useless simply useless

One of the worst digital wallets on Saudi Arabia, takes a while to load. You can't pay bills No international transfer And the signature credit card the benefits are the same as the classic, but they'll charge you with 200 SAR per month Don't waste your time in it.
