Horrible. I'm pretty sure it's a scam. Tried for 3 hrs. Was next in line several times then bumped back to 1 in front 2 in front etc then switched to a pediatrician and was told can't help you and disconnected. Tried again and the was just a blank screen when it was my turn again. I literally tried 5 to 7 times. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Honestly I don't think a good thing. I rather see the doctor. Did let him see me, but didn't see him. His first try @ and neither of us liked it. -- Technical aspects of the application are too complicated for the people who would benefit from using. I didn't know if it would work on either laptop or phone after testing on both. Phone settings kept popping up even after permission given. PC I didn't hear anything from them during test. -- Doctor tried 3 Laptops and My Galaxy S8

First time using a video conference style app for a doctor visit. Was surprisingly easy! Quick, convenient, efficient, helpful, safe, and very easy to see/hear/speak to the doctor. Overall, was well above satisfied with this app and my visit with Dr. Dagher today! Wish this service was readily available with more doctors.. If it were possible, I would use this app for every appt with all my doctor's!!! Great Experience!

Always an excellent experience on Android. Clear picture and sound. Doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. An easy, affordable way to see a doctor without the headache of having to go in-person.

Only waited 5 minutes. It felt just like a real visit. I tried another telehealth service first and waited 7 hours without seeing anybody! I was quarantined at the time, so I was unable to leave my house, but this would also be perfect for somebody who was feeling too terrible to drive to a clinic or was concerned about being contagious. She was able to review all of my records online. Highly recommended. Regarding negative reviews for wait time... remember COVID.

Much easier & better than expected. Doc's office well trained in gathering all info for patients chart by phone, with patience! Able to get straight to point & resolution when facetime with doctor from comfort of home. I love this for appts in future. When ur body gets older, being mobile is important; but sometimes it's just not in the cards that day when u have to see ur doc & can't miss the appt. This is best 1st option for myself! 👍

Very easy to use on the first try. Conveniently appropriate for this difficult time that we are going through. And the audio and visual was very clear and pristine.

The advertised cost was $59, which I paid before service. My online consultation was 10 minutes where I was told to go to the emergency room (good call, I needed surgery). But THEN I was sent a bill for an additional $16 with no explanation. I just know it wasn't for going over the alloted time. Not happy.

This app is really good I can see the doctor very clearly. I can hear and understand everything my Doctor was saying. I do recommend this app for your next office's visit. It's great. This is the way of the world. I like this better than going to the office visit, if you don't need a physical exam. This is really good just going over your test results save time in the office and it's still give you that one-on-one with your doctor. Thanks Dr. hormozi for seeing me in video chat

Make sure you have a strong WiFi connection. Would have given 5 stars but the interruptions in service can make it challenging to have a conversation with your provider especially if in the midst of something important.

First time using. Downloading the app and setting up an account took about as long as filling out the paperwork in Urgent Care would have...but I didn't have to leave my bed! Waited less than 2 minutes to be connected with the doctor. Quick and easy and antibiotic prescription has been sent. Great experience!

I waited 1 1/2 hours and then when 1 person was left in front of me a message popped up saying the Doctor was no longer avalible. Instead of transferring me to an avalible doctor this app made me start over. What a waste of time. Trying a different app and this one better not charge me!!! 😡

The app was amazing. Save time from having to go into the office when you on the tired side and a world crisis is going on. This way is keeping the patients and workers safe. There should be no reason why you would have to cancel your appointment.

Easy virtual visits are accessable to anyone. I was able to create an account, see a doc and get an rx in under 30 minutes from my home on black friday afternoon. The process was slick using my mobile phone. I was easily able to choose a Dr or NP from a large list. Costs are clearly presented upfront mine was $59. It was really to not wait in a physical facility with other sick people while feeling sick myself! I had no idea this was even available until the other day!

There are very few doctors online and when they are they have 5 plus patients waiting for them. I tested this app. I logged in and then started my trip to the ER. With processing time and waiting to see the doctor at the ER. I was still able to see an ER doctor and get released from the ER even before i saw the doctor that i was in line to wait for on the app. Yes price difference is there but for emergency care this app is lacking in quality.

Dr. Daurbe and Dr. Sprouts were absolutely amazing. It's nice to be able to have a visit without having to go in the office and they are fantastic doctors! I don't remember the name of the other doctor just because of the meds I'm on but he was wonderful himself and I think this app works wonders.

I do REALLY appreciate this Application! Its super fast, very convenient& time saving.. it appears it's only function is appointment with ur primary doctor, or urgent care... I'm also 98% sure that there's a chance you can be charged 60$ just to have the appointment over ur smartphone or desktop 😊

It works well and is fairly easy to use for someone with some tech experience. Overall it's not bad and beats sitting in a waiting room for long periods.

Got in to schedule appt but could not reenter app. Said password was wrong when it was correct. I was finally able to get an email and change the password after uninstalling and going back in

Requiring an app download is pretty rediculous in 2020, particularly for something like tele-medicine. There are several other compliant tele-medicine services that offer full web based experience; it's shocking Baycare doesn't have the capital to invest in a useful platform.

It was surprisingly very good. Why you're in the waiting room it needs to come on and tell you that yes you are still connected. I waited over half an hour and nothing happened to the screen. I thought maybe somehow it didn't get connected

Easy to navigate through the app. Love that I can talk over the phone instead of physically going in to see a doctor for something minor.

Great app. When I was about to put in my credit card information I had to switch apps and when I came back, i had to login again but otherwise worked well.

Quick! Easy! Hassle free! This app is a time saver! Second time using this app! The practitioner was super nice and was able to take care of me very quickly! I don't like having alot of apps on my phone but this one is a keeper!

Apart from the fact that I had to redo my information in order to have a guest invited due to the doctor I was waiting for not being available anymore, it was fast and easy to get medical help. Overall great idea and app!

Super easy app. Need immediate care try Baycare Anywhere. The doctor explain the medicine they'll prescribe, attentive to details, they even ask if you have more questions or concerns before the visit end. Great Job.

Dont know about the app since I've never used this form to visit! My Dr in the office however is the Balm!!! I would recommend her to youg & small!! Be Safe & Just overall cautionary (extremely)!! As i use this more & still like it as much as always, i will change from 4-20 if i could but you get my point im sure!

Great for convenience. The only problem is being able to hear all the time. I'd see my provider talking but received none of what she said & I'd have to ask her to repeat.
