The new app is supposed to make it basically user controlled. Wanting to set up Google Pay/GPay I still have to call the bank. So what is the point? Chime has more security, granted right now I think their servers might be down, but I dont have to call and get permission.
Yes I am very happy with my experience. Your staff was so nice, and very helpful when I opened my account. I would refer every one who asks me if I know a good place for banking. Still doing awesome, friendliest employees I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. All I can add is keep up the great work.
I do not like the way it changed the page is completely different and more difficult to move around. The previous one I understand and so did my elderly mothet,brother,mother,, my son. We are not happy with these changes
I love my bank. This app is very easy to navigate, wether it is to transfer funds ask the bank for help or pay a bill it is very easy to get your banking done on line.
This app is always fast and super simple to use!!! Not too complicated so never have any problems!!! Great IT!
When it works it's nice but they need to leave it alone. Every single time they update the app it is broken for several days.
App never works, can never login I can log in on any computer with no issues but on the app I can never log on.
This use to work great but no longer works on my Galaxy S10+. When are they going to fix the app? I will revise rating when fixed.
great app still having trouble with mobile deposit and bill pay but my balance is always up to date, which is very nice indeed.
I find they really care about customer service that's why I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best.
I liked the app until it updated, I can now no longer use my old username and password to login to my account.
This is a great app for mobile banking. I can check my balance any time I want and transfer money between accounts.

Love the new app! I can now see all my accounts and have card controls.
The upgrade messed everything up that I had put in place and now has to be fixed. Also, the app will not allow me to transfer directly from overdraft to my credit card.
