Used to work almost 3yrs ago it was ok because it would randomly disconnect and wouldn't auto reconnect. NOW the worst app ever! Do NOT buy this security system! It can't/wont even find/connect to it own cameras. The QR scanner just loops, manual entry even didn't work. Just a waste of time, money and effort. I'm no novice in setting up devices for a home security system and this bayit app is the most headache inducing B.S. I have ever experienced. Don't fall for it people!!

I thought the camera system was quite helpful and extremely affordable. It was easy to install and easy to manually setup. Just plug it in and download the app....connect to wifi and ur ready to go. The only annoying thing was how sensitive the motion sensor was.

I have the older generation of the cameras and this app doesn't work with them ive tried everything to get them to connect. Please add the old app version back to play store so your first customers can use their cameras.

The app not install. I've installed other apps to eliminate my phone or the network is being a problem . Without the app I have nothing more than a $60 dummy camera which I can buy for$7. I can't find the receipt and the store I bought it from will not even do an exchange for store credit. This sucks

I purchased two security cameras and they both stopped working when I upgraded my phone. I have tried numerous times to contact Bayit, on line, and never received a reply from them. I would not recommend this product, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT Absolutely horrible. Manual setup doesnt work cus it wont scan qr code, automatic detection just straight up doesnt work, and QR scanner just spams "confirm qr code" every time you scan it. Only way it even works is if you get their OTHER app called bayit cam, which doesn't support chrome cast or anything. Horrible product, horrible app, horrible customer support, how did this company even stay afloat? Absolute mystery

People who are having trouble with setting up. move the camera as far away from WiFi modem as possible then set it up. Once done move it to desired room and it will work great!!! It's what I had to do.

Wrote to cistomer support twice now and no reply. Camera has a reset button but when said amd done amd FINALLY able to connect, i get a "camera is linked to another account" what was the point of the reset??!!

Won't let me connect and set up camera. It's been reset over and over. It wont scan the q code or bar code. There isn't a way to get it to work.

Won't connect to wifi, have tried multiple times just for it to tell me it's timed out. Guess it's time to return it...

Extremely frustrating and irritating to set up. Hawaii but the camera button not load Barbie and it manually AP no matter what.

I purchased 2 of them from ross for $40 a piece. There's much better to be had for half the price from Amazon.

It says they use pictures/videos taken by cameras to identify you and your marketing habits. This does not make me wanting to use the cameras and service

The best camera easy to use and high quality good app you can fix camera settings 😀 👍.

Cam keeps going out and there really isn't a antenna in the camera like it shows it to be... Booooooo👎👎👎

Try for days to get the camera to connect to my wifi and it keeps saying time out try again i unistaled and return it to the store not worth the trouble

I keep losing the network connection... The stream is very inconsistent

App freezes. Cant get past loading..when trying to set sd card record.

I have yet to figure out how to get the camera to work properly. I am fairly good with things like this, but I really am at the point of giving up on it.

easy to install, no problems starting up the camera.

Uninstalled the app.. it's just taking up space on my phone. And I don't even remember what it's for or using it.

Love it. I can add my other camera that's a geeni in the same app

It works really well.and cost is about the price of a cup of coffee. that is if you pay for your coffee. thats about the jist of it .

Camera not able to log in do jot recognize the wr code

System won't work. Can't figure it out.

So far its doing great i can watch my family at home wherever i go.

I like it but it seems as though others can turn it in and off
