Can login by use the app netzhome. With this app, everything goes back to normal. Notifications are available.
Haven't been getting push notifications for months now.... which make door and window senses useless
bad customer service and all my device stop working and cmpny will not return phone calls I'm going to throw all my device in the trash!!!!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Worthless app and products from this company
Not bad, I have two magnetic sensors. They work well after a long process of set up as others have stated. The concept of the device is very cool and you don't need a hub to operate it. I'm hoping whoever this company is will continue to put time and effort into the devices and read these reviews for productive feedback. If they shined up the software more and added more features I would buy ten more. I've done research, there is little competition out there on a small device like this, fix the issues and we can all benefit from it.
Registration does not work. Forgot password does not work. Support does not work. Have not received an answer from online support for days. Zero stars
Pairing the vibration sensor is a bit an issue, but then it works great.

Not working registration
Great idea, but the Power Switch timers do not work at all: I've tried DST on and off, I even switch my device clock to use military time (00:00) to match the app, to no avail... app is also quit slow in responding to inputs as if it was a very slow Web app, or debug code. ...only think that works is manually switching it on and off, but that is very limiting. If they ever fix the problem, it would be nice if they add Tasker and IFTTT integration... then it would be a very interesting product. Anyway basic advertised functionality need to be fixed first... for now it's just a broken product.
Totally useless. You can spend hours trying to register a device, but to no avail! It just does not communicate with devices. It also has a very unfriendly user interface. My recommendation: do not buy these products, you will just have to take them back to the shop for a refund next day.

Good as long as it works...Once you start having problems with the sensor connectivity, there is zero customer support :(
Tech support is unresponsive. Could not even register. Returning product to Marshalls where I bought it.
Is not recognize my account . I tryed to reset the password too but not thing changed.They send me a confirmation code on my email I use it to change the password and is still not working .I created a new account and again it's still not working .
