I have a horrible experience, I did try to call 4 times for a certain advertisement as it caught my eye... But the listed price per year is way higher than what you are seeing in the app... total waste of time at all...

A lot of scam ads, a lot of properties being listed without verified. How is possible.????? Why to deal with all this ppl incompetent, not having even minimum education how to great, and say HI. VERY disappointed from your BACK OFFICE TEAM WORK

Recently you have degraded some options which seems very bad impact, Bayut Apps. What you promised while signing contract with Client for a yearly Contract quoting more dreams, Sir.. you can do lot of things and ads using your smartphone devices through our bayut apps etc.Once we signed contract then paid, changing or degrading those options without Client's concerns or even without information, which is not good and totally unacceptable. Hope you bring back all previous options, Add Prop..
Dear Bayut team All Listing you have to check properly otherwise customer waste time with commission Mafia. 90% Advertised Apartment not Avilable. Listing team targeting to diverte other area but showing something wrong pictures & places.
Amazing app with most properties available in 1 place. No issues so far
Useless, when u click on an add to check it then click back it deletes the filters u have made, very slow , takes alot of time to load a pic. The adds and appartments are good, but the app as all is trash ... Hope u work on that . Thank u
Called 12 ads and went to see the apartments. 0 apartment was the same as the pictures posted in the ad. No Credibility in this app
Trends and indices section is completely messed up. In some cases its not possible to see trends, it just keeps sending you back to choose a property... Its not working, not that its not accurate!!! Does anybody in your company use this app??? Or you're blind
Excellent for home search
Very stiff search filters with pre define values. Therefore result are not to the liking and lot of time is taken to filter the requirements. Rates are way different then what it is when you call the agency listed the ad. So wrong information causing time wastage in searching

Dear bayut developers team recent update to bayut app is not appropriated by many of property agencies specially I'll say this is poor app for agents now, it might be good for searching of new property but for new advertisements of property options are no more available, before we were able to put new property ads using bayut app. And using mobile browser is also not working well, only we can tap and select right side of the page for new ads, please fix this problem. Thanks
Most of the time, you can't reach the agent by call or by leaving a message. And in the event they respond to your message, they ask you for the context & wanted you to call them instead of them getting back to you. Sometimes they may respond if you pester them hard enough but they will retort you that the property is no longer available. Extremely unprofessional and un-befitting of this industry if you really want to build it up. Poor poor image on Bayut and Dubai property market rendered.
Very good app, but does not show the date of the post
This app would be good and be reliable if only agents are not misrepresenting information on their posts. They would advertise with a popular building name and when you go for ocular they will ask you to go to another building. Very frustrating to plan for visit and then you are in for a scam!
