Nothing worked. horrible app
Love rewards
I'm going to start out with 3 stars only because I JUST signed up today, and I have not yet tried to use the app. That said, here are a few observations: I don't have a clue what card number the app wants to reward me with the $10 just for signing up....nothing I put in there works, not even my email address. And yes, I did get email confirmation thanking me for signing up. So I can't figure out why I can't get the $10 reward. I may give the app a better rating if I find that the app is useful, and/or if I get a response from the developer helping me with the initial $10 reward.
I have a Moto X 2nd gen. The only thing this can load is the menu. No orders, nothing.
Plugged in loyalty card and says it can't find it. On top of that no credit on my account for signing up
This app is useless. I can't get the menu to come up and I can't order. This needs a lot of work.
Couldn't recover my password. Tried alt email, met with a prompt "this device has been registered" No reason they should know this.
Horrible. It doesn't work at all. Reset password several times as requested and it still didn't work. Not useful at all as you're not able to earn or use rewards.
The app is useless if every time you go into the restaurant the scanner and reward program is not working. Give me my old rewards card over this app
Dumb app, with no purpose.
You need to have the physical loyalty reward card in order to claim the bonus. Does anyone keep these? You just give your phone number and that's it, so if you don't have the card you lose the bonus
The best burger this side of the Mason Dixon Line.
It doesn't work. While I have rewards on my reward card, it doesn't show my reward. Useless.
...but for the person who can't add old loyalty card, go to the menu (top left), then "Redeem Loyalty Bonus", then put your card # in (# on very bottom). Then you get your bonus $10 and that's it.
The app won't let you add a purchase after you have already paid. That is a problem, especially if this is your first time finding out about the app. The burgers and shakes are world class, the app isn't
