Although sometimes it takes time to load some pages, I think the app it's wonderful in terms of security, it requires you to enter your credentials every time and supports the option of two-factor authentication. Also it is really full of helpful features, I think given the advantages it takes the disadvantages out of the plate.
Either crashes from time to time, or updates every time they want or just gets too slow.
This app it's very change so look very confiable and kiut, maybe in sometimes it's a little left but have finance healthy and I to seem very interesting
The app works fine with my phone, although I know that's not the case every time.
Just changed my phone and even though I have the same number and entered my username and password, I can't turn on my cards! I can see all my products but I can't use them and nobody knows how to solve it. Worst thing ever!!
Even worst now, there's no one alive in the phone number, I sent an email no answer, I don't have a working tool, what's a is this crappy service or tool for, if you call your selves developers, well there needs to hire competent people that build a proper app for cellphones but this trash is useless, really disappointed.
the application works but only to check the status. to do transference or to to pay bills you need to scan your identification card, and it is not working I tried with three different cell phones ....2 huawei, 2 motorola.
Worse possible bank and app. UI is horrible!
To many issues regarding SMS one-time-passcodes, should use an authenticator or other means
Please, fix the App, it's not working for over a week already and the BBVA Net website doesn't work either, the bank doesn't answer phone calls or respond emails or messages, it is impossible to contact them.
Error solved, the app is back to normal and working like a charm. Current funcionality is good: quick payments and transfers, sign in with fingerprint, two factor authentication.
I tried to install the app many times and I couldn't start it. It's not working. Too bad. In the currently situation by COVID-19 I really need to used it. It's disgusting.
Functional It has been a great experience, all my transactions done without problems. Stable and functional app.
the app don't work. The best sentence for this app is "the app failed successful". If I have to go ATM to activate accounts just disable this app and say the people use the ATM
No resilience. Essential app functionalities got blocked after failure with a verification code. Phone customer service is useless.
It's a great app. Perfect to do small transactions quickly. It love it!
is annoying that the app updates itself every weekend and needs to wait until the app is open to do so, besides that, works fine
This is awful, the app isnt working. Now im stuck at home and I cant even check my damn debit account.
The app never lets me restore any type of password it tells to enter the pin code sent to the phone but there is no pad to enter it.
There is a problem when I want to write a verification code number. The virtual keyboard does not appear
App is very useful but it takes too much time to open. You have to improve it.

The app is extremely slow, whatever thing that you want to do, the app reload, when open the app, reload, when someone add money to my account, reload, and never I had receive a notification on line. I can do everything here, but is too slow.
