This app is no good. Can not access my account from menu nor can I sign out from menu. Everytime I tap on one of the 2 it takes me to add second card or security alerts and i am having an issue with my account so how am I supposed to see what is going on so that I can correct it. I got the card for my grandson that moved to Oklahoma. It helps his mom out with things he might need.
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Calling in discover Cards been suspended for no reason. Too bad when it worked it was great. Incredibly helpful. No matter how many fees they attached with out warning... left poor customer service agents to bear the brunt of customers confusion...
It was great until the white screen issue. I've reinstalled, restarted; but see it is a widespread problem for quite some time. I can only log in to my account from a computer!
i have had this app for awhile and today when i tried to open it the screen was black! i uninstalled and reinstalled 3x and still black! even after turning my phone off wait 30 seconds and reinstalling i when took the battery out and waited. frustrated.
App just displays a white screen. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, app still will not work. And customer service is terrible.
It has a whit screen for a while now and even uninstall and reinstall and same issue. Can only log in now by using the computer or internet. It was good when it work.

White screen for a week! I have Samsung phone. Works on my ipad but it would be nice to work on my phone again.
Apps is broke, getting same white screen like everyone else. Called tech support, hopefully they fix it soon.

I am so exhausted in this whole matter. It's simple just give me access to my money, I have to pay rent, I'm late, I'm gonna be living on the f'ing streets pretty soon because the internal dept. can't review my case in time.

The app does not load
it stopped sending notifications on purchases, and also when trying to open quick load, it opens other options, like budget or transaction. it takes about 10 minutes to open the right option to load my card.
