The newest update is NOT working. I no longer get notifications when I make purchases and it keeps crashing even when I'm not using it. Please fix this. Before the update, it was perfect! Update: I was told by the bank that this app was going away. No more BBVA wallet.
Was shoved in my face as a quick and easy way to activate my card. It failed at the only thing it advertised to me and crashed 3 times. Even after closing it my phone kept telling me that the app stopped working.
I keep on getting error messages. Some of them are: it stopped working and or it is draining battery and needs to be closed. It used to work well until the last update.
The previous version worked great, but as of the most recent update I can't log in and I get no notifications of activity on my cards. Hope they get it fixed soon.
The recent comments are true. It used to work fine but now it crashes even when not in use. Was a great way to keep watch of whats charged to your card. Hope they fix
Update : app has been repaired, perfect again. Up until this month, (oct 2018) this app was perfect. It now crashes every notification. (Note 9)
My only issue is where I direct deposit my checks can not be saved in this app for payments. To pay off my monthly balance I have to go into a branch. All my other cards I can pay online from my phone except this one.
Every transaction it has a screen pop up and says bbva wallet has stopped working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no prevail. Not a good app to watch bank activity. Would totally not recommend it.
This app was working but now it's not working on my Nexus 6p for some reason it crashes. It was working on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Must now have limited support because I see no one's getting responses from support on this issue.
App. Is not very user friendly, reward points are not kept current and disappear when you try to redeem them and show up days later credited to my account. Also you can only redeem points when a charge come posted to your account.
Over the Xmas holidays someone managed to use m my wife's card to order hundreds of $$ of food from a food delivery co to an out of state address causing multiple NSF fees at $38 each. this app did not allow us to cancel card since my wifes wasn't on there nor could we add it. Customer service was closed and when we did talk to them following Monday couldn't they explain why. Also was like pulling teeth getting re-embursed for fees we did not incur. Useless app! Changing banks.
I used to love the app especially the notifications. Unfortunately, the last updates just screwed up the app. It is very sad with each update it gets worse.
App worked on my Note 3 but it crashes on my Note 9. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I get no messages on my card usage.
Love it. Easy to use, and has amazing features. Saves me phone calls weekly.
The app suddenly stopped opening. It doesn't work after reinstalling it on either my phone or my wife's.
love this app and I'm sad it will soon be no longer available. I hope the feature to freeze my card will be transferred to the mobile banking app

This banking application is perhaps one of the most complicated banking apps I've ever experienced EVER. I have one credit card with this bank and I have to have two apps? Please research and study Bank of America or maybe even Calital One apps. I am done with this card and going back to Calital One if this cannot be more simplified. Way over complicated, period
