Zero stations appear no matter where I pan or zoom on the map and no matter what filters I set.
With the recent update can't even see stations on the map.
Doesn't show any charging stations although there are many around me.
This app is basically useless. You have to use it to activate the charge stations, but its actually not needed on a design perspective. Also one of thr fast charge DC stations faulted out without me knowing. The app shouldve notified me as well as give me up to date charge status on my phone.
The NFC hasn't worked at all and the GPS has been intermittent. Even some of the BC Hydro fast charge locations aren't listed on its map. Appreciate the locations, but starting a charge takes a lot of troubleshooting.
My Stations and My Sessions don't work, says an error has occurred. Also can't order a card, just endless spinning after submitting my address. Please change it so the DC Fast chargers don't group together in a circle on the map. Also please let the app remember your filter settings for next time you open it.
Can't even log in now after this last update. Have tried resetting my password but can't due to never recieving my confirmation email.
Used this app a few times, works as advertised, only issue I have is the GPS doesn't work, says my location services is off or weak signal.
It works but strongly reminds me of the FLO app. Takes about 10-20 clicks on the closest charger icon on the map to finally open it up.
Gps doesn't work, NFC doesn't work, need to manually zoom in and find the charger number. Had to pay for the card since the app is horrible.
Functions when necessary. Flo App clone (or purchased from the same developer). Actual display of kW when charging would be great. Beats using Greenlots.
Functional app. Despite other reviews, GPS works and you can see your charging stats if you start the charging through the app Please add NFC support like similar apps (Flo, charge point, greenlots)
Basically a reskinned Flo app, which is also terrible. Give this a miss. Wouldn't even let me sign up. Just use Chargepoint instead
Generally really great but stopped working with ChargePoint stations which makes up a huge portion of lower mainland stations.
I wish I can charge my Tesla on your level 3 fast charger without using an adapter. Tesla started the revolution but can't charge independently without buying a $700 adapter ro charge for.
Would not activate the station. Used to work fine with the Flo app. Fail.
Took 45 sec to install it and decided to uninstall it after 60 sec of using it
It might be nice if they told us how to add funds to our account! I've been trying to do so for 45 min. now, including phoning BC Hydro and no luck. But they're telling me I should do that. Now tell me how!!!!
Great for finding fast charge stations and others
Don't waste your time on this Ap. It doesn't work. Once you log out you can't get back in.
It would be nice to have a 'Refresh' button on the 'My Stations' page.
It keeps saying the new password will be sent and never is
App no longer connects to stations
still can't charge my car! so frustrating!
nfc doesnt work and i cant order my card in this app and it forced me to add $10 to my account then i hv to pay another $15 on thr website for a card

Doesn't operate the greenlots charge points.

Latest update maked this app worse! Good luck saving favorite locations - as they never save. The GPS fails to load the area you are in. Doesn't matter if you wait. The payment function doesn't always work. :(
