I've been attempting to login to the app so I can prove that I have security access to the campus, and the app does not recognize my email address, EMPLID or password!! I'm at my wits end!!
Useless. UI isn't that great. It's outdated! Need improvement.
Only thing missing is save log in
why can't you check email on the app??
Not user friendly
Need to expand what I can report as broken. 4215 Ingersol is extremely hot and when opening the window, a big piece of glass fell down and cut my hand.
Crashes after logged in. I tried putting my phone on full power mode and battery saver mode after closing other apps on my Nexus 5x and it kept crashing. Much quicker to just bring my id card, you could forget about using the other features. I sent my phone's diagnostic report to the developer, hopefully they fix this.
Lack of fingerprint support make the experience worse. I really wish Brooklyn college will support fingerprint log in in the near future
I found the app very useful.
Very responsive support, great alternative to physical ID
Thank you for fixing auto login for the ID. Without it this app took too long to pull the ID up.
It WAS helpful but then it completely stopped working.
Would be great if there were directions to class rooms/halls (Ingersoll extension, etc).
Easy to use. I can browse a course catalog which is great. But, it would be nice to have directions on how to setup College wifi. The app refers me to the phone number, but written direction would be handy.
It doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy tab. It just crashes on start up all the time. I tried to reinstall many times but no fix. Would be great if it could run on my tablet.
Love it! A very helpful app to many of Brooklyn College's services.

This app is horrible. Causes way too much stress for just trying to enter school, always crashes or times out. Fix it!!!!!
