Description:To serve customer better, BCA launches the BCA mobile application. An application that allows you to do transactions via Mobile Banking BCA (m-BCA) and the smartphone version of KlikBCA.

How to use:m-BCA To use our m-BCA service, you need to register at one of our ATM or the nearest BCA branch for cellular number that you will use. Download the BCA mobile application. Select m-BCA on the BCA mobile menu. The application will automatically redirect the customer to re-download and replace the BCA mobile where you will then be able to use all the functions of m-BCA. Make your own Kode Akses (access code) to gain permission to access m-BCA. If the activation has yet to be done, the customer will be asked to enter their m-BCA PIN to start the activation process. After the activation process is successful, you can directly do transactions with m-BCA.

KlikBCA To use our KlikBCA service, you need to register at one of our ATM or the nearest BCA Branch Download the BCA mobile application. Select KlikBCA on the BCA mobile menu as a launcher, the application will automatically redirect to our smartphone version of KlikBCA’s website (https://m.klikbca.com)

Its compulsory for me to update this app, but when i do, the signals are red all the time ,what is going on ?! Dont tell me to un-install and reinstall the apps,fix your bug & your apps before making a rules its compulsory to update the M-banking. As an additional, there is an error message 200 & 205, unable to proccess anything and auto quit on the apps, are you guys trying to complicate the users ,for real? M banking is supposed to make our life easier.

Dear BCA please improve your mobile apps, design a better user interface, apply fingerprint verification so we don't have to type password all the time, make it looks good... Honestly the apps looks so old.. Other banks has very nice mobile banking apps nowadays. You as my main bank suppose to be better as you always do in every way. BCA is always perfect.. Except for the apps 😔

Open an account at the tip of your finger they say, it's very easy they say. NOT. I couldn't even pass the SMS verification process. I've sent four SMSs already and the app kept saying verification process failed.

Mobile banking, internet banking, even the call center couldn't be accessed for more than an hour! After successfully reaching the call center, the lady said that I have to go out to find an ATM to check if my account is still intact. Which is troublesome and concerning. Can't make an account it always said "Transaksi Gagal" what's wrong with it I already input everything that is needed, lost 34k rupiah by just going back and forth in registration. Why do you charge us at the beginning of the registration anyway? you should be doing that at the end of the registration when it succeed, this is outrageously stupid and a plain scam. Combined with ugly outdated UI style this app is, with no doubt, trash.

So i was about to register a new account, everything is smooth until the video call proces. They ask me about my company address which I don't memorize. I had to switch my app to see my company address, unfortunately I found out thay BCA mobile doesn't support calling process in the background so I was disconnected. To connect to the customer service takes SO LONG, and i have to repeat this process over and over again. So, I have to write down into a note for my company address.

Overall it is functional app but really need a big improvement!!! The UI is somewhat old and the first time account register experience was really bad. Have to visit two local branch to get a new account because the first branch i visited failed to create a new account to due nonsense reason.

I have experienced several times to update this app on this month. Moreover, the download was really slow, and sometimes it stopped, so i need to cancel and download again. There was no problem with my network connection, due to i have tried to use other apps, and it ran smoothly. The app itself, i found it becomes slower than before, after some updates.

Encountered some problems after reset the phone: 1. The app requires that the SIM card is in slot 1. Besides that the activation won't work and this confuses the user because the error message that appears is not useful at all (internet terputus. even though the internet connection is good). Swapping the SIM card is not very practical. 2. There is no backup facility. After reinstalling the app, all messages in the inbox are gone and there's no way to restore them.

I hate this app. If it weren't for the fact that I don't have a saving book (thanks to a certain product from you), I wouldn't use this. The UX is so bad and the UI are very confusing. Even for a simple task such as transferring was made hard! This is why I prefer your competitor. Please re-test some of your flows and I will change the rating. . . [Edit: About my experience with m-Transfer. So from 'Home' I go to 'Transfer' tab, then go to 'Transfer' section and choose 'Antar Rekening'. But I can't do that since I haven't filled my 'Daftar Transfer Antar Rekening'. Which is very annoying especially I only gonna do it once. And then once that's done, I can't put any amount of money, because the 'Jumlah Uang' section is not editable and you're supposed to fill the one below it. It's super confusing. I hope this clears things up.]

To think the bank who use Google Playstore as a place to spread their app refused the transaction from Google Play itself.. The customer service recommended me to use different service and that's what I gonna do, I'm changing my bank and I recommend you guys to do so as well.

There's no option to activate Transaksi Debit Online, so I can't activate it although my debit card has a mastercard logo on it and the BCA mobile app is the newest one (just installed today). Only 2 option available: Transaksi domestik & transaksi internasional. I called halo BCA and they also can't help with my problem.
