I just tried to download this again after not using it for years. And it's doing nothing I can't even log in. Just a login screen that I can't do anything with. I can't even get my keyboard to open
no way to view my ID CARD. why does the website say the app can do that

This has to be the worst app that I have ever used. Even phone technical support talks about how this app does not work half the time. I have to reset my password almost every time I try to use this app. Straight garbage.
Unable to open app. It claims my phone is rooted or jail broken. My phone has NOT been tampered with in any way. Definitely a bug in the code that checks security. Unusable for me.
It's easy to pay your bill, but forcing me to update just to use the app is irritating

Worst app with the worst customer service ever. Even after you explain to this it is a software issue and will not let you log in despite having the right credentials, but you can log in via mobile website or pc, they still want to reset your password like its the fix all. You can tell their troubleshooting is scripted snd useless unless you actually forgot hour password
The app is hard to use, does not load properly, and you cannot message or email for help, only call. I just want a plastic ID card to carry with me!
This app could be so helpful, IF it would log in and work correctly consistently.
If I try to reply to a message from BCBS in the message center I get an error message
App won't open with a statement telling me that my phone is rooted but my phone is not rendering the app unusable for me.
the big ball is in the way of some of the things you want to see. you can't see all of your EOB. I hate this app, could use alot of improvement
Download too long
After download, it couldn't find my info. Deleted and redownloaded. Then found my info but couldn't get past the set up screen. Kept saying "Sorry, looks like something isn't working." Double checked all fields were filled in, apparently it's just the app that isn't working.
While I applaud BCBS GA trying to provide an easy way for clients to access their website they have forgotten something - the application must work! I cannot even get logged in!
Terrible app! Care finder never works. Other sections are extremely slow. What's the point of having an app where the main features never work! Only login and logout works. Pathetic!
Love this app.. helps too find a Dr. For all ur personal needs.. thank God for this app.I love it...
Since I couldn't access the site from the email, decided to download the app. All it did was spin. I uninstalled and did it again. Site just spins...can't even enter sign in information. Companies IT department should be notified.

Runs slowly, doesn't save login password, can't search for general practitioners. Lost the message I tried to send in the app after I typed it.

CRAPWARE - can't even register just like the website.

I don't normally give such a low rating. Once I launched the app I couldn't type or click any links or buttons. It simply wouldnt work. **UPDATE** So, I uninstalled Lux and the app works for me now. This isn't the fault of BCBS. I have uped the rating and will continue to review the product.
