Was great at one time. It seems like since the pandemic started it has turned Into a mess. You can not do anything in the app anymore. Everything will direct you to the website.
Everytime I go to search a provider the app crashes just as everyone has already mentioned. This is terribly upsetting. Consult with whoever made the Blue Care app that worked just fine.
The app has a 1.5 star rating, what did i expect? This app has NO functionality relative to your account and CANNOT be used to view ID cards/proof of insurance as BCBS-LA directs patients to do. The app has been "undergoing maintenance" for quite some time now, and has been useless for anything regarding your account since "maintenance" started weeks ago. Make sure you request a physical insurance card; BCBS-LA has really dropped the ball on this app.
What a useless app. Sure it shows you what vists/procedures are in the process of being paid but... There's no fingerprint login. The design looks about to be about 4 years old and you still have to login to the website to see your explanation of benefits.
This app used to work. Now it's basically worthless. Everything redirects you to their site because it's "Not Available" in app.
Don't Bother. It can't reach their crappy servers to connect and tells you to login through a browser. Most of the doctors on their lists aren't updated within years anyways.
Very disappointing app - the most common reason people get this app is to make searching providers easier, but this app crashes every time you use that function.
Keeps telling me to go online and update my password, which of course fails to do anything in the app. Useless app. Luckily they pay my medical bills so I can live without a useful app.
Not compatible with this version of android. Android 9 Pie is not even very old and was updated in 2021
Barely ever need the app, but now that I want to find a doctor, it keeps crashing. Not worth the space it takes up on my phone.

I cannot use App. I get a message saying my version of android is no longer compatible. My phone is not outdated and it has the the most recent update software. App/site is not helpful. I used to be able to at least get in and view a few things, but now i cannot even get in.
