I can never get anything or any correct answer using this app. , I am a member of bcbs essentials medicare plan and this app. Never works probably , it always goes to either a pdf that i can't read on a mobile phone, just terrible and i have the ppo essentials advantage plan, can't get a simple rx price or why it when from about $6 to $ 298 dollars crazy!this app i donnot understand, my opinion i don't like it at all, some things are ok mut fix it si people can understand, kinda the worst app

I wish I could give 0 stars. Takes 20minutes to do something that should take 30 seconds. And it is not my 5g connection, Or my gig internet wifi. It is this good awful app.

Was a 5 until I had to update it. So much for "remembering" me. Now I have to search 4 my card. Ughhh. Updating ...as with most apps does not make it better.

The app is easy to use, easy to navigate, very explanatory. Best part is the transparency, clear explanation of benefits/claims(what is covered and what isn't) and real time updates. I love all parties transparency and involvement from the patient, the provider & my insurance. It reduces down the confusion. As a consumer, it gives me an empowerment to really choose my medical providers without the hassle of "guessing". Thank you BCBSM! You all rock!

Absolutely horrible, and I've barely been able to use the app! The worst thing about it is the CONSTANT phone calls asking me why I haven't been using the app or calling me because they can SEE what information I actually look at? AND this is all after they bullied me into downloading the damn thing in the first place!

Unnecessarily complicated. A lot of external links. No clear way to change user from family member to family member.

I love the idea of the app it is definitely helpful to find lists of providers that are under my specific insurance. However this app needs updated more frequently. Took me weeks to find an OBGYN of calling places using the app info, due to the site being so outdated and just not correct. For that simple fact I'm giving 2 because that is very crucial information needed for this app to function properly.

Awful app...login is broken cannot use biometrics as it says. Always doesnt work. Dont install it because later you will just uninstall it.

Excellent information+ easy to navigate.

bcbsm as a whole is fantastic but the mobile app, not so much.

Very informative and easy to change doctors in the app.

I found a workaround for "unable to login". If the display size on your phone is set to "Large", the app will not allow you to log in. If the display size is reset to "Default" the app works normally. You may then reset the display size back to "Large". On my phone display size is set by going to: Settings - Display - Advanced - Display size. This will vary depending on which version of the Android operating system you are using. I've notified BCBSM tech support about this problem.

It says I want to go to click on pay or check my premium that "some things may not work not work on some android devices." So now I can't check when my bill is exactly due nor can I pay it. You know at 1st I thought it was just a The site Down on maintenance something but I fear At that point not be fixed in time to pay my bill. Please BCBSM help me pay you and stay healthy Please. If this is a fixible issue obviously I'll change my review but but not being able to pay the bill is serious plz

My review keeps getting taken down. I usually use this app to pay my bill but it hasn't been working lately and the phone lines are terribly busy!

Maybe it is expensive to carry, but it is worth it. Found cheaper, but all my doctors & preferred hospitals would be out of "their network" or don't provide enough benefits.

Cannot log in at all. Hangs up on login screen loading, never gives any further info. Can login on website fine. Useless.

Horrible. Previous problems with the app but recently it was working fine, and I assumed glitches were fixed. Today I needed to access information and make a contribution, and it required an update before I could continue. Since the update I've had to login 4 times & still haven't completed the transaction. Fingerprint ID didn't work at first. Password method failed. Texts with verification codes are slower than usual. Error with first contribution, 2nd try no confirmation. Frustrating.

I love my insurance plan and all the great benefits I receive! My life is made 100x easier by the careful thought and care BCBSM provides. I also love their convenient app.

It's nice that there's an app but it never loads my premium so I can never pay thru the app. Really disappointing and frustrating

I just downloaded this and registered. I've attempted to log in twice only to get technical errors both times! So far, I'm less than impressed. Hopefully, this gets an update with fixes dinner than later! Could be handy if it ever works!

A good app for paying your bill. Bad app if you want a description of your coverage. The screen goes blank when you check the coverage tabs. pretty annoying.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. I downloaded this app, entered my login info, and was sent to the terms (etc.) screen. It looped me back and forth between these and wouldn't log me in. I then tried to register, but my original login info was correct I guess and the app asked for a password change. NOT WORTH MY TIME!

Cannot log into app. Graphics are screwed up on the login page and Disclaimer is layered over top of the Login button - so every time I push Login, I get the Disclaimer. I have pushed everywhere on the screen and nothing works. I've never had a problem with the app up until now.

Insurance was a huge disappointment..Started out very excited about the policy benefits & premiums. After 7 months & never had to use it, I was cancelled & was eventually told I would be required to switch to a policy out of Texas BCBS, higher premiums & deductible, less benefits. However, info was issued to non-functioning email thru a postmaster.& until I discovered it my time frame lapsed.

With the newest update, the app crashes with an "app has stopped" continual error message on my Galaxy S7, even when it's not running. Tried deleting cache and data. Uninstalling was the only way to stop it.

I get an icon in my notifications every morning at 1am. However when I click on it and log in, there is nothing new to see. Don't know why I keep getting the notifications. Push notifications are even turned off.
