I absolutely despise this app. Every time I log in I have to re verify my account, I've set up biometrics but it never lets me use it, you can't ever get into the messages tab to see or create a message. It's also a pain every time you try to use the provider lookup and try to go back you have to start the entire process over of what you are searching for. I opt to using the website.
Can't link account. Sends a message to my email that is registered as spam. The message provides a link that is not a link, only a blue highlight word "link" which doesn't do anything.
App does not let you link your account. You can't even get started to use the damn app. Gives you error notifications constantly, saying to try again later. Been trying to get it to work for 2 days. Sent an email about it and have received no response. Not only that, but the website itself doesnt work either. Very frustrated with this service.
The app always crashes or says we're having trouble finding your information. It doesn't let me know how much of our deductible has been met and if I try to find care in my area, it crashes. We switched from cigna and their app worked perfectly. This one is horrible. You're wasting your time installing it.

Didn't even get to sign up. To enter your birth date you have to go backwards by month to the year you were born. I'm not pushing that button 516 times. They need to figure this out.
App still doesnt work though you replied to my review last time... app still hasnt had a update as promised. I go to log in, i log in and it then wants me to accept BAM policy and i do then it takes me back to log in... last update available was around 12-28-21. This is getting old and ridiculous.
Frustrating app, it constantly crashes, goes back to the first page and won't let me do a provider search no matter how many times I try. I have a Samsung 10 that's fully up to date so perhaps the app just can't keep up with technology. Annoying and doesn't help
This is the worst app I have ever used. I haven't been able to log in in months. I've had to update my password multiple times and still can't get in. If I do manage to get in, none of the tools function, and I get kicked off. There's really no excuse, in 2021, for a company like BCBS to have such a useless app.
My app keeps closing after agreeing to the new service terms. I have not been able to access my account in a month.
Was a great app, but for the last few months I've not been able to log in . I just tried uninstalling and will try to log in again.
I see why this app gets an overall rating of only 2.4 on the play store. Tried to create an account, made it to the last page where it says enter ID #, from there it keeps saying an error occurred come back later or try again. Messed with this app for about an hour, finally gave up.
Scanned my card. Tried to continue and kept getting an error message. Scanned my card a few more times and got the same thing. I'll be deleting this app. Looks like no one bothered fixing the error since the last review before mine, and that was about a month ago. 👎
I don't usually rate apps. But this app is legitimately useless. It only worked the first time I used it. Ever since then everything just says that it can't find the information and to try again later. It looks like others have the same issue on all the other Blue Cross apps too.
I have to change my password every time I try to use it. I'm sick of not being able to just log in and get to my info. The app won't let me log in. The website won't let me log in. I'm paying over $500 a month for insurance! Can I not just get to my info and pay my bill without changing my password every time?! And what's worse, I can't use any of the old ones either!
Hard to rate an app that wont even open. Hoped the other reviews had prompted bcbs to fix but...nope. Scanned my card multiple times an got an error message. I will be deleting this app. Waste of time.

Fingerprint used to work. Latest update broke that. Doesn't register my touch of the sensor at all. Works fine on all my other apps with fingerprint login.
I think BCBS is probably the best or 1 of the 2 maybe on a stretch 1 of the 3 best insurance companies there are hands down. Since all the B. S. with the Insurance problems, Healthcare due to Government it's really hard to judge them w/o taking into consideration what the Government is doing. But I always feel secure having BC/BS
This is literally the worst app. It never works and it is so frustrating when you're trying to provide your insurance card or look up a new physician. You literally can't get past the login screen.
Over half of the options on the app dont even work. Cant see who is in network, cant see map, etc. Nothing works. Please fix the numerous bugs
I can not login...??? I haven't been able to login to app or website, both say "can't find this member" when I literally just got an email about the plan I purchased for my B/F. I can't check about doctors, hospitals, nothing ... so, I'm confused and frustrated already! How annoying!!!
pretty disappointed after having UHC as a provider. the app is clunky and the "reward" program is not user friendly and just opens a link rather than being an app.
Since the update I haven't been able to get into the claims tab, went to check tonight and I can't get into the APP at ALL! do better bcbsok!
When I click on app it says app stopped working. I always report but it still doesn't work. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still won't work.
App is completely unusable. It will not send a verification email to me to unlock my profile. It sent me an email to remind me of my username, when I tried to re-register to verify my email was correct. But no verification email, after half an hour. Not in spam, just simply no email. Waste of time.
