Works perfectly! A year ago, I couldn't even log in and I posted a 1-star review. BCBS replied the day after but I didn't even realize it... fast reply. Anyway, fast-forward to today. I reinstalled the app and was able to log in and check everything so I am good to go.
Used to be functional for me, but is no longer. Now all I get are timeouts. Even when the WiFi I'm connected to is very fast and it's the middle of the night when most people are sleeping. Apparently this has been happening for a while with no fix. Very disappointing.
BCBSTX App is terrible! I set up Biometrics login, and it gives an error every single time. I have to type in the password instead; so frustrating to have to do that when the app is giving you the biometrics option. Chat in Contact US doesn't work, EVER, and can only be accessed in-app! I always get the error "Something went wrong". I can't access Actual Policy documents in the app. They're not listed anywhere. Who wants to carry a 100+page booklet around? This app is not convenient at all!
Used to be great! Now when I try to log in with biometrics it asks to "Accept" the new terms of use. When I do that, it just goes back to the same screen. Then it will eventually say "BCBS keeps stopping" and gives me the option to wait or close the app. If I try to login with a password, it says cannot find and threatens to lock me out. This app went from priceless to worthless.
The app rarely works. And when I get it to open up I can't even search for any physicians. The app freezes and it's difficult to navigate. If I could give it a negative one I would.
Every time you leave for 2 minutes to Google something your session times out and it gets all buggy. You have to close and restart the app to get it to work again. This stuff is basic
Complete trash of an app. Says my login info is incorrect. Clicked forgot info and got an email confirming the info I entered was infact correct. Copied info directly from the email to try again to login and received the same message that the info was incorrect. The exact info THEY sent.
I've tried so many days to log in but it keeps going back to log on screen. How am I suppose to view an email sent regarding a claim if I cannot log in to see it? Just read more reviews and apparently this has been going on since last year. Even going to website dosen't work. Please fix!!!!
App doesn't get past log in screen. Claims low connectivity or server issues. When app did work, spending account was not accessible. I will not email. How about just fixing the app? It has been over 2 months since I was able to log into the app. If I could rate negative stars, I would.
I can't even log in. I have Uninstalled, reinstalled, changed my password, and I still cannot get past the login screen. 5/13/2022
This app used to work great by showing me all the info I need. Now several of the tabs won't work and only shows info for the main person. It's worthless now.
All the hyperlinks don't work. Just test the app. It's as bad as the bcbstx webpage. They put what should be a hyperlink to the playstore to download the app but it's just an image. Here it's a link to open Google maps but it doesn't do anything. It's pretty bad.
None of the features seem to work. It lets me log in and shows my remaining deductible, but every other button I push comes back "sorry can't find your info right now. Try later". Why do developers release such half baked software? It's embarrassing.
Update: reached out to support as requested, no response. Coverage information shows unavailable. Claims never updates. I sent feedback through the app, no response. Uninstall and reinstall does nothing
This app is terrible. Half of the features do not work. Everything is always down or needing updates or bug fixes.
I have not been able to use this app for over 6 months. Everytime I try to login in I get a connectivity error. Can someone please fix this problem???
The coverage page on the app was always unable to be shown, besides that some minor glitches here and there.
What happened? Used to be such a great app. Now every time I log in, the app tells me to accept new TOS. However, any time I press "Accept" the app automatically crashes. Once I sign back in, the app goes through the same process. Will update stars once bugs are fixed.
Not able to log in. Ask to accept new terms and closes when you hit accept. Come on now, you make enough money to be able to keep this app working correctly. Also don't ask me to email you so you can get more information. Either correct the app or ditch it all together, I mean these things aren't that hard to create these days.

Just installed this app. Trying to register account and im told they cant find my info. Im looking at my blue cross blue shield currently active insurance card. ???
I can't even sign up! No email I use is considered valid. Even the one I signed up with the insurance in the first place
0 stars Can't log in , persistant connectivity problem or servers are down message. My son could code apps better when he was in middle school. Probably going to get the text book response to this review as everyone else has...send us an email so we can fix it. Why cant you correct it with the info that a hundred others have given with all the poor reviews?
"Something went wrong" pretty much sums up this app. Every time I try to go to the provider finder it won't work.
Terrible experience. I haven't been able to log in to this app for months. Keep getting the same error message about connectivity issues or problems with their server. Hey BCBSTX, tell your developers to scrap this POS and try again.
I have been trying to log in since my agency switched insurance carriers, and its giving me a data message saying "we have encountered a problem due to connectivity." I have no other issues with any other apps.
I have not been able to login in once. Have been trying for the past 4 days. Everytime I get an error message that says I can't login because of connectivity or server issues, and to come back later. I am however receiving emails from bcbstx that statements are finalized and I need to view them in the app. Which is impossible to do. Would give 0 stars if possible
