This is probably the single most useless app in the play store!!! Remove this garbage it does nothing but frustrate and tick people off. Make an app that actually allows someone to log in and manage their policy idiots
Could not register, even with existing account. Try entering your birthday... That's fun. App should be deleted and start over. Last update? Jan. 2018.
So, you can't view your bill, you can't pay your bill, and the "contact us" links are broken 👍. How much do I owe? 🤷 Who knows.

Recent change does not allow me to pull up claims. It says I have no claims. Believe me I have claims.

The new app is much better than the last one. I can check all my recent claims and my coverage. I am very impressed with how responsive and useful it is!

Everything I try to access gives me a message saying "an error has occurred, try again later"
Keeps telling me I need Internet access...which I clearly do, but can not utilize this app.
Every time I try to register it says user ID contains special characters when it only has letters. Fix this and I'll give it more stars.

This is terrible, it saids put in special characters for user id, but when you do it just won't let you register, what the hell

Looks like this app has been broken for awhile with no response from bcbs?
So far I'm unable to even login. Its saying my security answer is incorrect as if I don't know the answer? Everytime the screen goes off I have to put my info in again...sorry its completely inconvenient which would be the point of having the app to begin with...duh
Won't let you register. User ID section keep saying unknown characters. My ID Thomas. I'm pretty sure letters are known.
Always says error please try again
I type in a user ID and when I click continue, I keep getting ID contains special characters. What does that mean? This is incredibly inconvenient
When I try accepting the terms and conditions, the app says an error has occurred and please try again. I keep trying, but it never works

Useless. Cant log in, reset anything or register. Always the same "you're not connected to the Internet" error, on wifi and on cellular. You pay how much for health insurance, I at least expect something like this to work.
