I love the BCPL Outreach program. I usually get a call a week or so before they are coming out to bring items and pick up the items that I am returning, to see what I want this month. They really try to get the items you want. The ladies that come to our homes are thoughtful and nice. I always look forward to when they're coming.
No problems. I found what I was looking for so yea, it works. EDIT: the app is oddly not working now and states that there is an issue with the search. I hope this is fixed.
No easy way to contact the library through the app, can't view my lists.
Does not allow me to connect my account to the app, instead it crashes. Please fix.
latest update crashes app when i attempt to make a hold or do a self checkout

This app is terrible. Search functions do not work right. Some hyperlinks aren't working. Digital library shows 133000+ available but there is no forward button to search past the first 12 books. Can't even do a quick intuitive search for digital children's books. Clunky, unintuitive. This app and website should be trashed and re-done by a professional.
