Changing back to being a good app. Sure they could have more stuff in the app, but this is a small town credit union and when I have issues they do get it fixed for me. It may take a bit of time, but what can I say all good things come to those that wait.

Easy to use, works as expected and desired. Thank you for making banking easy and right at my fingertips, 24/7!

I have other financial apps that allow me to open with a 4 or 6 digit pin. My password is long and complicated, as it should be, so having to get it every time I want to use the app is more complicated than it needs to be. Update to use a pin. I am not interested in using the fingerprint option.

Update Nov 2021: The app is terrific! After a few rocky updates on 2020, the app has become much more consistent and reliable. Great app...except for the fact that they do not make it clear which account is which. Simply showing the full account number would be immensly helpful

BDCU is consistently a 10 out of 10 in all categories. Over the decades, Even when they made an occasional error, their correction procedures are outstanding. When it was me that made the mistake, they were also outstanding in their correctional procedures. They think of their members/customers as people. Not just another number.

I have been a member of BDCU since my grandparents opened an account for me when I was in junior high school. The staff is always friendly and this app is about as easy as you can get. It's simple to jump on and check balances, see what's pending, check the history and deposit checks with a picture. The interface is straight forward and I couldn't be happier. 5 stars all day!!!

I'm not able to sign in. When I put in my info it says: "We are unable to validate your information". I've gone to the Self Help tab online and I've put in my phone number (I got a new phone but kept my number)and it still doesn't work on my phone as an app. I've also called customer service several times and it doesn't seem to get better no matter how much I do. Please help!!

Easy to use. Great to be able to use from afar. I've had my account since I was a child. Now that I moved away its great to be able to go online and review my account for automatic deposits and withdrawals. They have the best personalized customer service.

This app doesn't work with my new s22 ultra. Keeps giving me a loading page and just freezes. Worked great w prev phone.

It's fine when it works, but God, why BDCU chooses midday to update their systems is ridiculous and beyond me. I haven't been able to log in for FOUR HOURS. And I'm posting this review at 3pm. Absolutely disappointing and makes me want to switch banks.

Easy to use app on smartphone and laptop. 4 out of 5 stars only because Boulder City's internet can be problematic and getting a BDCU authority person on the phone to make the occasional corrections and adjustments has to wait for business hours. When you do reach a BDCU employee it is always a pleasant knowledgeable person with authority.

No longer loads. You should push updates through play store and not within the app. Once u deny update within app you've bricked it. For as much as I love bdcu yall need to get with the times. Ppbhasnt worked for more than 2 weeks. Can't wait to pay my loan and close my acct once and for all.

I no longer can log in due to the app being unresponsive. I cant click on anything to fill out my information or password. Try to reinstall with no avail.

easy to use! makes banking with BDCU quick and easy. I love that I have access to my account at the click of a button.

love it! Makes check deposit and balance transfers super easy! only complaint is that it usually shuts down late night.

More than half the time I try and use app to check accounts I'm hit with a error message of some sort, also had problems with ATM near the taco bell.

It took a while but the results are priceless. very good app reliable and awesome.

BDCU makes it easy to bank with them . great place to bank . all the employees are very proffesional. Easy app to use . i really like it . very secure .

Simple and good! Does internal transfers well, but you need a password.

After getting some bugs and kinks out of the system, this current version works like a charm every time!

It took a minute to figure out how to work it, but overall its a fine app that functions how it's supposed to. Good on you BDCU

sometimes frustrating. I keep getting 'an error occured' instead of the sign-in page.

We often experience technical difficulties, but that's not uncommon in any app. It's pretty great.

Unable to sign in after the new update. Even on the website. It says can not validate information.

Ever since the update I can't even log into my bank account. It just says unable to validate information.

Very helpful and convenient to bank online on the confort of my home. I definitely recommend it.

This app has always worked for me and given me the convenience of checking my accounts when I'm out and about in the world.
