App sends spam notifications. Even if I did not subscribe to JCB card offers because I don't have a JCB card, the app would still send offers for it.
I only downloaded this app because of a text that BDO is now on Viber. I opened BDO website & read that I need to download this app. I created an account using my email address. But when I reached the step to enter confirmation code, I had to resend request of confirmation code to my email 3x. Kept checking my email but still none appeared. Best to delete this app.
im using a xiaomi pocophone f1. it does not open. pls make this compatible to my phone. im using before a samsung but there's no problem at all. now it wont open and just says.. theres a bug and it keeps closing. i already sent a report. but it still not working on my phone
Something is wrong with this app. Not compatible with Samsung S6+ tablet, and takes a long time (over 5 minutes) to load on Samsung S10+ Developer must update this app.
They kept telling me to use my points in December. I was saving up for nearly 10 years then in January they overhauled the entire point system without a heads-up.
Useless app. And to think they want that almost all transactions should be done online now even just mere inquiry regarding transaction details. Lots of lags and crashes! Do notdownload this app. Horrible app ever!

App won't open. When it does, it crashes before you can write your username! I tried to install again, but it is forever waiting for download!!!!

Just crashes on Android Pie, and the app hasn't been updated in almost a year. BDO apps are an embarrassment.
This one is no use...theres no option on how to check your balance of your card...it is useless...while other banking app are innovating and user friendly this one is left behind...i dont recommend it seriously.
This app worked before but now it crashes whenever I open the app. Edit: New update is now working and has better UI.

When trying to launch, it keeps crashing. Maybe you need a project manager to ensure that before your app or updates go into prod, that the app can be opened. Hit me up if interested.
