Worst banking app. It's been more than 3 months that I couldn't access this app. It keeps on saying there's an error and to check my internet connection when I have a stable signal. Most of the time it says that there's an error in processing. I kept on uninstalling and installing but to no avail. This is ridiculous. Very frustrating.
Yesterday there was a prompt message requiring me to update this app into a version but it didn't do any help now. I cannot open the mobile app up until this moment. I hope they can do something about this. I keep on receiving the error message and I can no longer open the app. It is not convenient to use the browser for online banking either. There are too many process to perform.
I was using this app for more than a year, and every month a do fqce some technical problem. Like you need to update, need a new password, and sometimes its so hard to connect. But to day is the worst. When i log in, its says i need to update the app, then i did. When I'm done it says that the probl em occurs. I uninstalled it and installed again. And it get worst, the app closed and i cant log in anymore 😕
Error 605. Very disappointing. Updated the app cause it was necessary, but instead we get an update that bugs the software? This was supposed to be useful for business and personal use yet now it's just trash. Hope the problem can be fixed soon cause a lot of people who continues to depend, trust, support, and use this app is now discontented with the recent update issues.
Still unable to log in after the latest update. Just like the others, whenever I use biometrics to log in, the server is down. Whenever I try using my credentials, it says I don't have an internet connection even though I have a stable wifi connection. Please fix these issues, it's been too long.
It's been good the past several months or say years but suddenly it got worst, very annoying, keeps on telling "unexpected error 605 occurs, check your internet connection" but i do have a strong internet connection, maybe the fault is in your system, pls fix the problem at once!
Edit: still getting error 605, tried many time to intall and uninstalled and reinstalled, clearing cache and all. But none seem to work. Can someone fix this... Worst! After the update it promted error 605 and i just uninstallled and reinstalled...absolutely frustrating! I knew i shouldn't updated coz evry new updated turnout to be the worst....
Worst apps at first I used its okay but when they ask for update of apps before you can continue using. Then I update the apps and try open again it shows unexpected error and cannot log in anymore. Now the problem I am abroad and everytime I try to log in they will send a message to reply add device but how possible my smart sim registered roaming cannot reply to the message.
Error 605 when using the updated version, I cannot log-in as the error will stop the application. Weird that same version of this app works well with old android phones, hope the developer will solve the issue as soon as possible.
Eversince I downloaded the newest version it never opens and it shows error 605. I guess it's because the update is not compatible with my phone? My phone is still Android 9. BDO App has always been my reliable companion. It's too saddening that I'm now unable to access it. 😔
You don't have any improvement to your app. I can no longer log in to this app anymore since yesterday. When I attempt to log in, error code 605 occurs... I tried to update this app and uninstall and reinstall it several times but it errors as usual.
I've been trying to add my device for the past 3 days. The app always says mobile banking is unavailable due to system maintenance. Does it take days to do this type of maintenance? I'm using Galaxy A73 5g. Is this issue limited to this device? Tell me what I can do to add my device successfully. I need this app for several reasons so I hope you can assist me. Thanks in advance.
Everything was working fine until I updated the app on May 19, 2022. Afterwards when I launch the app I get the message "error code 605. unexpected error." I tried to uninstall, then install the app. I still get the same error message. What happened?
There are times that my bank transfer has been corrupted due to slow internet, and then when I check my balance it is deducted but the bank transfer wasn't receive by receiver. It always happens when the internet is slow. Please fix that inconvenience BDO.. thank you
I could have selected 0 star if possible. It stopped working today just when I needed it most and urgently. I keep getting error code 605 and I only have this error in this app. I uninstall, restarted the device, reinstall again many times and it's the same error. How can you fix this issue?

You have rendered your app unusable with the latest update, it won't open and always show Unexpected Error 605. How long will it take for you to notice, and rollback or fix, there is still no update available to rollback or patch this problem and it's been a week. Many users cannot access their online banking because of this. You are the largest bank in PH, this is unacceptable. Please post a new update to rollback or fix the issue.
App keeps on telling me that you're under maintenance whenever I attempt to authorize a new device for weeks now. My old phone broke so I'm forced to do over-the-counter banking even on simple transactions because you still haven't fix your system for the longest time. What's the point of having an online banking app?
I have been using the apps for years just fine, however after updating as advised; the app crashes. Will the developer state categorically why this frequent crashes with unknown error? Do we have to replace our phones to higher version? If can post with zero star then i would.
Have been using this app for years and it used to work just fine until it was upgraded to 6.1. I already removed the old links as suggested, but still getting error 605. Also tried reinstalling, still doesn't work just the same.
Latest update 6.1 has bugs. Keep geting Error 605 which force shuts the application. This is not a phone issue as the concern happens in all devices that I have. If you are running on a older version of this app, DO NOT UPDATE
I installed the bdo mobile app on my phone. It works when I enter my username and password. However in the verification stage (otp) I always encounter the message prompt system is under maintenence. I never had that issue before. May I ask for some assistance???
It was working fine but error code 605 appeared after I updated my android OS. I reinstalled the app and still the same. It is the only app in my phone that has stopped working after the update.
Worst banking app compare to other bank like ING, Union Bank, CIMB. This app is a trash, I mean nothing is working. Interface is tremendously bad not user friendly at all. I only use it because I dont have another option for my payroll. Fix the bug and improve your overall application dont show us a work comparable to a work of a grade school student.
Why always error 605? I'm annoyed that I have to clear data and uninstall and install, still error 605. What is the stupidity of your App? Maybe it's okay, it would have been nice then because I was able to update on the money that came in, but now it's annoying.
I received an error after I updated the app. It worked fine until today becuase it requires me to update it to be able to login. I UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL the app, restarted my phone, but still it did not work. Damn update, it is useless
How many times I log in. 2days now. It's show currently undergoing maintenance. In my old phone I think block coz I entered wrong Password. But if I log-in on the website is fine. Now I use new phone. 2days now I tried to log in send OTP. Its shows undergoing maintenance. How long would be like this?
I experienced bugs but it was rare. It was working fine until today: worst bug ever. There was a "connection error" notification saying I needed to "try again". I have been trying for 3 hours to log in the app. It's a pity because it used to be convenient to pay bills during quarantine. I guess I'll have to find other apps.
