BDSwiss Mobile Trading App

BDSwiss, a great platform for the trading. Even I'm (A newbie) can easily get the idea and configurations to do the trade without hassle. I am from New Zealand and they will guide and support through phone as well. Thank God I find you guys. Happy User

I used the broker to learn some things and try Forex. I were disappointed from the spread in certain pairs, the lack to place an order for future long/short when the index is not there. The graphics need improvement. The account won't close for 5 years after usage which is a high personal risk in leak of information, and online exposure. Not recommended. Used it for over 3 months daily

Nice app but still need to improve a lot. 1. Charting tools are not available in app. 2. Orders to be placed on value not based on lot sizes. We need to know lot size of each and every asset. 3. Make open position visible in the chart. Like lot size, stop loss and take profit and current net profit or loss etc. 4. Add indicators to the charts.. atlease basic indicators. Need to do much more improvements..

Has so much potential but extremely buggy for android & apple. The graphs frequently freeze or don't show up thus rendering it pretty useless for trading - where speed fluidity is important (unless you want to loose money) My friend had already contacted them about it and got no response so I'm writing this here as a second review. Also - the dark background is not available on android.

The graphs are not appearing complete, like the last candle under development is not appearing and not even the blue line indicating where is developing the graph. Otherwise the app is well structured, it just needs this bug to be fixed please

Very horrible experience while withdrawal. I applied for withdrawal on 28th September but till today I didn't receive my money. I was continously contacting the customer care service but they are replying that they will the send the Swift Code so that I can check for the transaction status and even that also they didn't provide me even after 4 days. I'm waiting for my money for almost 20 days but I haven't received.

The app is fine but the broker, BDSwiss, not so much. Not only did they call my wife and I repeatedly, wanting us to deposit money, they charged me $30.25 (of my profit) after 90 days of inactivity. I was inactive because I withdrew everything in my account except for the profit and they didn't allow me to withdraw my profit the same way I withdrew my initial deposits (into the same account). Makes no sense. Then they refused to refund me even when I promised to add more money and continue trading with them if they did. I'm a man of my word, so I was definitely planning to do it. Going to a competitor instead.

The website and adverts says every thing 0 commission 0 spread etc but it's the highest in the market and their is no reviews I doubt if its even genuine app .

Absolutely horrible experience, issue after issue from the first deposit, slow and complicated verification process, also documents denied after 2 weeks of trying. I'm sorry but I do not recommend it.

Itsok but every 15-20 min or so the app freezes and I have to turn off my phone to restart application ... very buggy Also in the app side of the program there is no sell button option if there is i don't see it , please tell me Where the sell button is if you can only access the sell button thru the bdswiss website on computer then its ok but if not it should be put on the app for being able to close trades on the phone not only on laptop

Very limited options for Withdrawal. For people in third world countries none of the options are good. I recommend adding Perfect Money to the options.

BDSwiss was my favourite broker super fast withdrawals normally within 24 hours for me but I received an email sometime ago stating they no longer offer accounts to UK residence and that my account would be deleted. I have still not replaced them it's so frustrating, the verification process was simple and easy for me verified with in hours, those complaining about verification are scammers.

Well I have finally got my withdrawal after 50 days I applied withdrawal on October and it's been so many days after which I have got my withdrawal of 100usd this should not happen so long why it's like this. Even after all the documents are fine and perfect the withdrawal took Soo long this makes soo unsatisfied 😠😠😠.

The trading layout is terrible, if you click to see your open order the option "close all" is right in middle of the screen if by mistake or accidently touch it ill close all your order eventhough was not your intention .

Changes freeze so you can be several pips out of line - this has cost me money and caused a lot of frustration. I see many complaints here but no word from the developers which is dissapointing. I will be moving shortly to a more stable system.

Offline often. Archived your account without reason with you balance. was good in the beginning but now is freezing and offline very often.

It's very buggy and laggy..I'm practicing on the demo account and some trades just disappear while others keep running and wont close manually or by hitting tp or sl's. I withdrew my money as I dont really trust the platform and fear it just disappearing so I will find a new broker.

Only good for making entry. It would be nice to have the ability to close half trade or other ways to get partial profit. Only choice is to close the trade.

I think it does everything that you want it to do. It's fast and you can have access to your Bdswiss account from wherever you want. The trading software is ok, though I trade with MT4 mobile.

l like the app very much, it is easy to understand the charts and the market news. Also its very nice to have access to my account whenever I want to!

Always hanging... Can't close trades, and can't see my trades. Always updating the app.. I am really dismayed. And their customer support just ain't helping at all. They just keeps on saying sorry. Fix this bdswiss.

The app is great very easy to use! just a shame about the customer service a lot of hassle trying to get through to a department u actually need

I get an error that I'm using an old version of the app, without actually giving the opportunity to update or to open the app. S**tty coding.

Slow and not fully developed Thank for your effort But its abit inconvinient You had a review for 8 mounth ago and still done nothing 1, possition by credit insted of Lot 2, very simple chart whithout any indicator or oscilators 3, Showing chart slowly 4, refresh positions area is about 8 secs 5, customers issue about withdraw Unfotunatly I consider not work with you because you did nothing about a good coment that you reccieved more than 8 mounth ago

Don't appreciate the slow service waiting about, only just got myself sorted by updating my profile and now im not able to transfer my money to my account so I do not appreciate this, I have things to pay for hence why I'm doing these investments, not amused one bit, think it's just messing me around!
