The app isn’t functional yet. Details of the journey doesn’t show and it brings back to the initial search bar. Tried a few times. Might come back letter.
Unbelievably bad. Tried to buy a ticket on 16th and the app completely messed up - bought a ticket on 15th. After seeing this, i tried to cancel the ticket. Surprise surprise, you can't cancel the ticket unless it's 24hrs before the journey, you'll have to contact customer service to cancel or migrate the ticket. I called them, SURPRISE again, they'll not change or even migrate the ticket. So, my 1000bucks is gone just like that. No cancellation service whatsoever. What a disgusting experience.
They are fraud. This app doesn’t work properly. It has many bugs. I used this app and cheated. There customs care survice is very worst. If you buy tickets and face problems their customs service won’t do good behave with you. Stay away from this. Otherwise you will be cheated!!
Good UI but damn too slow server, weak one. Takes too much time to check availability, calculate total amount and pay process. Promo code wasn't working in all bus service, had to change login number.
very bad service 👎 I get offers and discounts sms almost each week,but when I use apps to use that promo code for discounts, it shows "error". Just waste of time for buying tickets with this app.
Very bad app. Tried several times to search a ticket. Nothing came in this app and also in the website. First solve all the issues then come to business. Really disappointing....
OK. But not good enough. Trying to update profile data, not working. No option to add picture. Even in website has same issue. Need update.
Truly the worst. Horrendous customer service. Changes policies as per their whim. Did not offer a refund even after I tried to cancel the ticket 32 hours before departure.

I used this app to buy tickets of lunch to Barisal. And yes I am 100% satisfied. Although, I saw few of negative reviews here, I am not so sure about those. Till now I am satisfied, let's see.
Worst service ever. Even spending 6 hours I failed to purchase an air ticket. And the most worst part is to hold my payment into their wallet and said will take 3 to 7 working days to refund me 😡😡
This app doesn't work perfectly. When I book a ticket and tap the pay now button, the app do not responded.

Lots of bug in this app. Also some common route not available, like abdullahpur to cumilla/feni route bus not available in here.
They are just enjoying commission from your ticket. They are unwilling to assist you if you fall in a problem. I bought a business class ticket and after arriving to the office, it became economy class. Refund is an impossible word to them...

The app is way buggy. Everytime I tap to select my preferred bus service after selecting my destination, the app just gets frozen. And the worst part is, I've been facing the same problem again and again for last 5 months at least. Why you got to build an 20 mb app when it is full of bugs?
