Terrible app. Doesn't load, looks like it uses Chrome instead of being a stand alone app. Hasn't been updated since June 2019. There has been no update, why is the response as if there was one?

Have never been able to connect. Will not spend any more time trying.
So many times I can't access the app... I uninstall and reinstall many times. Two times I was in the hospital any app didn't work the whole time and it was so important that I had the information but of course I couldn't get on
