This app would be so much better if you did the following: 1. Silent ads (when I switch beach sounds before bed, and my partner is sleeping, the LOUD ads are obnoxious!) 2. Had more variation on your wave and ocean sounds. Every option is labeled differently. But every single one with a beach in it sounds almost like the next. 3. The crescendo wave is WAY louder than the other waves. The volume is too poorly balanced. Going to choose another app shortly.
Beach sounds are top quality. minus 1 star for missing option to remove ads (the app description says $1 to remove ads for lifetime). Minus 1 star for mediocre music. BTW are you serious with the subscription fees? I would be surprise to see anyone paying those exorbitant recurrent fees for a few extra sounds.
I grew up along the Amnicon River (Wisconsin USA), and spent a lot of time on the shores of Lake Superior (largest fresh water lake in the world). I've always found the sounds of the River and of the Lake are VERY CALMING. This app has the sounds that have the same calming effect. The sounds take me to a great place in my childhood. Thank You!!!
Doesn't work at all. App asks me to open it & select (waves), & it goes right back to an endless loop of asking me to open & select. Too bad; not worth effort when there are plenty of apps that actially work.
I have used the Calming waves for 3 plus years and use it whenever I have a nap or go to sleep at night. Looking forward to using the beach section. Understand the need for them but HATE when I get blasted with loud ads.
I like the sound of slow, calm crashing ocean waves. Most apps I've found have waves that are too fast and I can't relax to that. The slower the waves the better!
Not realistic enough. You NEED to have way more low bass and slow the frequency of the waves to 6 second intervals. This is more realistic sounding!
Flappy beach has a really noticeable short loop due to a silent bit. Loud ads are soo annoying, but rarely happen and only with use of the timer. Good free product
I just started using this app, it's working great so far. Helps me go to sleep & helps my young babies sleep through the night. There's lots of wave sounds to choose from & they're different. I'm going to recommend this to my grandma

It helps me to relax to sleep. I have tinnitus and the high frequency bird chirps and piano notes cancel my high frequency ringing in my ears while the ocean waves are relaxing in general.

Very nice quality sounds. I hoped that "Beach with Birds" meant seagulls (which I find very relaxing), but they sound more like sparrows… I was [also] disappointed this didn't have a sleep timer… [EDIT:] Thanks for your reply! The new timer is excellent. I noticed that when you remove the app from the Recent Apps list, its services keep running in the background—they should exit. Also, notifications (e.g. pauses) should be silent (not play the system notification sound). Otherwise, great!
