I really looked forward to using this on my ţrip to the uk, but it shows few to none coffee spots , even when i I know there are some. When i try going to the map, it simply shows areas around Melbourne, Australia. So i guess for some reason it can't locate where i am, even though I'm using wifi. At any rate, it's useless, and I'm going to uninstall.

New version is total rubbish compared to the old version which wasn't perfect but completely usable. Clueless developers ruined a great concept and typical of Apple fanbois, no Android update to fix all the glaring deficiencies 9mths later. I immediately reinstalled the old version so I'm still able to find great coffee. Don't bother with this version

I like the idea of the app, but after trying a few of my local "top rated" coffeeshops I was not impressed by the recommendations. Also shows a lot of long-established coffeeshops and cafes as "new" and is completely missing some of the best ones. I realise that this is just a platform and as such it all relies on user input, but it just doesn't have the user base to make it trustworthy. Honestly, just use Google Maps and filter by "coffee" instead - it's much more reliable.

Great concept, I would have loved finding new coffee shops if it actually worked. Doesn't load any listings nearby. Search function kind of works but only if you know what the shop is called, and that's pretty useless for finding new options near you... 0/10 on functionality. I'll try again in a month, hope you've figured out how to make it work by then

I cant believe they thought it was a good idea to remove the "sort by" button. Now I can't actually find what is the highest ranked coffee in my area - especially annoying when travelling. Just endless scrolling - not worth a download at this stage.

App crashes when trying to select a coffee shop in its list. Map works okay, crashes sometimes in that menu too. This feels useless since I can't read the reviews. Would be useful if there was some way to sort the list it gives you.

This app used to be fantastic. The concept is still great. Unfortunately it seems that they've stopped curating cafes, and the community has no power to add/remove cafes. As a result the best cafes often aren't in the app at all and many that are in it no longer exist. It's gradually becoming completely irrelevant.

Great concept but the app is very buggy. Can't sort by ranking either... you should be able to set a radius, then show top ranked cafes in order within that area. You should also be able to also sort only by certain attributes also e.g. just the quality of the coffee. There are also not enough ratings for cafes.. you should add incentives for people to rate them e.g. coffee credit or points which add higher weighting to "power users"

Disappointed. Can ONLY search where you are, not in a given place where you plan to be, or where you've been. Text search for cafe names searches the whole world. I went to a cafe, can't recall the name, now can't review it because I left the area and the app only shows cafes where I am now. Devs, you need to think about how people might use your app. Edit: i found the name of the cafe using google maps - and beanhunter app won't find the cafe searching exact name! I haven't even travelled that far away

Useless map function. Doesn't show cafes. However if you search the cafe it might come up. Can't edit personal details/account. Would be a great app if it worked and had some better design features.

The app is broken. It's an amazing concept and idea but it doesn't work - every time I click on a cafe to look at the info and/or rate it, the app force closes so I can't use it.

Used to be great, not any more... Very buggy. Crashes constantly. I loved using this, especially when travelling for work. Now it's totally useless because it is so buggy.

used to work well. no updates since Feb 2018. keeps on closing down. used to have great info. sent feedback to request fix on closing down , nothing happens. its a shame they don't fix it

There are so so many things wrong with the UI I don't even know where to start. It barely functioned and was slow and difficult to use. I like the idea though, shame about the implementation.

What have they done to our app? This new version just does not work properly. All the functionality for searching and sorting is gone, reviews are old old old, can't log in to my account or make a new one. Come on team, we have seen you can do better - fix it.

This app is a joke. The number of UI flaws, instability, and inconsistencies make it useless. PEOPLE: if you have a great website and decide to make an app but don't truly invest in it, you will RUIN your brand! Just don't bother with an iOS or Android app!

Very outdated information. No idea how reliable the ratings are. Does not exit correctly. Had to force quit

Last update was over a year ago, which might have been sitting insignificant... and it shows; I don't think any effort gones into making this a functional app any more.

Crashes as soon as you open a shop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and same experience. Needs fixing

Heard good things about this app so tried it, app does not appear to be working properly or do much of anything. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing.

Very poor customer support I sent them an email I received an automated response stating someone would be in touch soon 2 weeks went by and nothing so I sent them another email it has now been almost a month and still nothing Very poor customer support

Great idea but super unstable. Almost unusable in Android. I have heard the iPhone version is better.

looks like another app lost in time. Lack of features. Im going from my hotel and I want to search around the places I will. Why search only near me?
