The app is better since the last update, however there is still work to be done. Some basic features I would like to see are: 1. Ability to see the % of my positions in various holdings out of the total portfolio 2. When I get a dividend, the name of the holding which generated it
I bought the unlimited membership but now it claims I didn't two days later. I also deposited money into it from my checking account and I can see it in transaction history but I can't access the money. Every time I try to open the app it gives me a blank white screen and I have to force quit it and open it again. Every time. The app layout is bad and confusing. The app shills for Kevin O'Leary, which is obnoxious. It's awful and I want my money back that it stole.
It's hard to get your money out. They charge for every little thing. They say it's 1-3 business days for ach transaction but it's more like 4-5. The concept is good, but unfortuately it's hard to make a profit with all the fees.
It is impossible to sign in, they dont read ypur email, they send the same answer over and over just like the app. It is a continuous loop trying to reset the password with no help and no answer from customer service. I want my money back but no one will tell me how to get it back. They tell me to submit a form but I cannot sign in to get the form and they wont tell me how to get into ky account to get the form.
I dont know how this app work! There seems to be no transparency. Today, ahead few hours before the market open I bought a stock for $100. At the Resting Order section, I was informed that my purchase is at a price of around $14 per share. When the market opened, my order was executed at a price of $21!!!. Yet, the stock went crazy 250% upward at $43.56!! Even though my order was executed at $21, I should have received more than 100% for my order as I closed it at around $42. Really upset.
Garbage. You have to input your password every time it loads. Constantly crashing. Outsource if you can't do an app, and if you're doing already, find another developer.
The login screen keeps going blank. Sometimes the keyboard for the pin does not pop up and you are forced to use your entire password. So I don't understand why they made the pin. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on FirstNet.
The old apps wasn't that good, too basic, ok understandable, but this one is way worst! We aren't even able to see where the dividends come from. Simply ridiculous! And with so many bad reviews Drivewealth is doing nothing!
S#$tty app. Crashes a lot. It has a lot of bugs. I've also lost a lot of money in hidden fees. They are not very transparent in terms of transactions.
The customer service sucks, I tried withdrawing my money and it stil haven't come to my bank account and the customer service isn't helping at all. DON'T EVEN THINK OF INVESTING IN THIS DAMN APP!
This app has many issues. I made a stop sell and it didn't work. Stock price went way down and it didn't sell. I lost money. Luckily I managed to sell it manually before it got worse.
Can't even access. Bug fixes my ass. Put in my pin to manage account, and app keeps closing. Worst app ever.
App opens without password. Is less stable and has to constantly restart after viewing a security transaction.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Don't waste your time or money. I tried to withdraw as received an email saying a 30 day holding period. half of stocks they don't support or trade with. I even subscribed to the $5 a month plan and that was a joke. do yourself a favor use wellbull.
App is garbage. After tidious registration the app just forgot me. And after I logged back in, I saw "upload your documents" again. Deleted.
Very below average, unstable, I cannot even open my app today. The app has gotten worse over time, not better.

Much improved update. Seems a lot more stable.
Beware. This app encourages good faith violation. On a day like national holiday, but the stock market is active and funds are not yet settled , your unsettled funds are made available for trade even if you are already under punishment for one year's good faith violation. If you unwittingly trade that day, your account will be closed forever. It shows your funds available by calculating T+2 days and does not consider the confirmation date.

Update 09.22.19 Still nothing had been since to help the accuracy of the stocks. It's 9:25am and it still shows the closing of yesterday. This app used to work great but lately it doesn't update immediately. I'm not on Wi-Fi so that has nothing to do with it. NASDAQ online shows one thing, the app shows another. The app shows the daily $ range but in the top where the current amount is, it still shows the opening amount. As well it shows the opening amount when I go to sell. 😩
