Sooo, this app was never great. But the new update is the worse yet. While they revamped it with a new cool looking interface, you can no longer view more than 3 of your favorited profiles nor remove favorites without paying for a premium membership. All message history was erased. Including new messages. I'll reevaluate when they fix some of these issues, but as of now I'm hugely dissatisfied and negatively impacted by this, but since I don't pay for it, well ya get what you pay for.
That app is no good! Can't believe how many bots-scam accounts are there....and the app is terrible laggy, to refresh messages you have to reopen the app every single time, that's sad.... Because working in coding - fixing all these issues takes you one day of work
This is the most poorly rolled out app update EVER! Not user friendly at all. I have a 6month subscription purchased before the app change-over that does not allow me to access what I've paid for. After 17yrs with this site I will not be renewing and most likely deleting my profile completely.
The concept is spot on... but the app itself is glitchy and very limited. It gives you notifications for any little thing. Also, it doesn't change my settings to Imperial measurements....
You are allowing everybody's profile to be visible even if user is not logged in. This requires a complaint to be filed to Google play! Secondly, in modern days to have such a bad app is unacceptable! Very clunky, probably some cheap multiplatform JavaScript/html framework used. I will use this as an example of a bad app design, an anti-pattern to my students.
Messages are repeated several times. As if I'm going to pay to respond to a message i received in 2019. Where did theses antiquated messages arrive from as I delete all messages. I think several accounts data has been interlinked
After many many updates still not a good AP. Unable to change measurements distance etc to imperial. Many other problems that still need to be fixed.
After years of using I am trying to delete my account...which is impossible....the new update is so bad it is not worth the time to use....what a pitty after years of great service...now this....
Thank you for the new version. It has fully convinced me that I really have to stop using it. Never has the free version of a app been so user-unfriendly as this one is. Great job!
this app is now garbage! unable to send messages, send a woof, the android version has a dark banner for closing the profile with a whote X, at bottom, of profile page, thus preventing doing the above.
The last update is so bad that you should go back to the older version. Such a buggy app should not even have been released.
Use this app regularly. Just had to update it as couldn't log in and lost all contacts and messages. It also now says I don't have a quick share album. - 5 stars Raging 😡
Not a big fan of the new app, at least keep the site, hopefully things will improve. Also why on earth are favourites/bookmarks visible to all? That is very private... Good riddance...
What the hell use is it to me to know how far away someone is as the crow flies, but not the name of the city. 100 km from here south would be a 50 minute drive on the highway. 100 km north, up the mountains might take me three hours. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here, but a way too radical change, far too busy, screen filled with mugshots, hard to find anything...
the app is now horrible give us back the website app is clunky and it handles slow, I know you wanted to compete with growlr and grindr but you are doing in a horrible way give us the website as it was or ask for someone else to program this app the old app that resembled the mobile website was much better, not this wbearwannabe app
Unable to login with my credentials. Update: my old password was not meeting new standards, but bo warnings about that This app works, but I would called it early alpha
This is rubbish now, no option to see who is online without wading through thousands of old outdated profiles. Pay version way too expensive
The jury is still out on this makeover for me. I also am unable to log into the app despite having an account.
new version, problematic and difficult to use, features have been truncated. ugly, ugly ugly layout. from ok app to bad
I'm pissed off with what was done, I want my access restored, was payed and I have the right. The app it's not giving me access, it's want me to pay again what was payed already

terrible experience since the site was redesigned, nothing works now
The update really is awful. Not user friendly, too cluttered, and no longer a fun experience. I can access the site on my PC, but on my mobile it says incorrect username or password. So disappointed with this change. UPDATE: I gave BEARWWW a chance, tried to adjust to the changes, and realized that the new update is HORRIBLE, IT iS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME TO DOWNLOAD IT.
As it stands, this app is really bad: it has bugs and design issues. It was probably released without much testing, certainly without any beta-testing by us users. The user got no warning that this new app was coming, it just suddenly appeared. My suggestion is to allow the user to go back to the old version, at least until all the issues and bugs of the new app are worked out.
