The above was the kind of app i have been looking for a long time which contained only beats and no lyrics cause that's what I like. It has got amazing collection and adds are not irritating so right now I'm going to cycle with it on my ears being played.
let's me shop, and it gives me the opportunity to work with the best makers directly. I love it ## Update 4/8/22. This app is still opening doors. Even more now than EVER. And all of this was for free. No Gimmicks.

I have been using this app/service since more than 2 years and I'm completely satisfied. Other than that I love the vast variety of beats, simplicity of use, clear icons, text and the best feature that I like is the lyrics notepad option. It's classic awesome to have it and I use it a lot. There are some timeout issues that I keep getting from time to time and I had written to the helpdesk earlier but it must be a temporary thing or some device issue.
The quality of music you can find on here is great, and most of the app itself is pretty good. The only reason I say "pretty good" is because there are definitely some issues within the app. For instance, the notifications are broken. I will read a message, but it will still show as unread-- which is super obnoxious. And while I'm speaking of messages, I think it's dumb that you have only 2 messages a month as a free user.
I like the user interface and the platform overall for up and coming producers. Really I have no problem at all with this app when it works. However, periodically when I'm driving, the app will stop playing music when the screen comes off and it's a waste of battery having to keep the app open in order to keep the music playing. If this coule be fixed I would give this app five stars.
Great place to find new beats and come up with new ideas while hearing them. If you want to gain experience, just familiarize yourself with this app. Even if you don't buy or sell anything, you're opening your mind up by giving this app a chance. The beats aren't that expensive either, but save your messages for when somebody hits you up, or you find something you like! It's good to have focus on wording things correctly during any transaction, so I fully support this app in its entirety!
There's virtually no buffering on this App. Its live feed only. So, if you want to play and practice before purchase, you better have a solid connection or your song will be interrupted by the load. And there's no cache data. So each time you play the song, its burning your data to essentially download the song each time. Instead of just passing on the royalty tag and notifying the servers of the play, like every other app. My guess is, this is to keep the service a "marketplace" vs a radio.

Can't Login/Sign Up....it just goes straight to a blank white screen
I'm absolutely loving the app. Easy access on the go to all my fav beat makers.
App just stops playing sound at times randomly the ticker keeps ticking but there's no sound. Very frustrating. Current fix just hit forward a buncha times. Also your ads with your really Dark Gray "X" on a black background is extremely frustrating and almost dangerous to deal with while driving. The manipulation is so frustrating. Just make the damn X more visible. Besides all this, pretty damn powerful app.
In the first few minutes listening to some content, I heard one song that began with a mix using music from a song I heard in a (now) popular movie. I later heard a few other songs that featured melodies quite close to past popular hits. I would not trust some of the 'producers' featured as being competent in navigating the waters of copyright.
needs a universal form of currency, I could buy a beat because the maker couldn't except paypal
Love the app, but i'm having one issue. Since my old phone broke, i have to move my beatstars account on my new one. I have all my google accounts on this phone already, but anytime i try to log in on this app it'd say username or password is wrong. I tried signing in with Google, signing up in Email, everything. Nothing works. I could use some help if possible please
Honestly I love this app. There are a lot of different style beats they also allow you to sort them out by BPM which is amazing. The only thing I don't like and the reason for the missing star is sometimes the app does have crashes and your lyrics would go missing and it'll scare the hell out of you
I like the app, but I hate the fact I can't remove lyrics. I accidentally wrote some lyrics on something, and it won't let me remove them. It keeps saying "Lyrics are required" and it annoys the f- out of me. Other then that, the app is amazing and provides a wide variety of beats to choose.
