No icon displayed, have to restart from playstore. Surgery info not current. Lots of old data slows load time just to find there is no relevant info. No response when searching on patient tracking number. Haven't checked other features, hope they're better.
Your app has a big problem!! Problem #1 When you go to the patient portal and fill the user name and password it redirects you to another log in page and you have to repeat filling user name and password. Problem #2 In addition to prblem #1, going back to the previous page it kicks you back to the first pation portal to log in again, and you have to repeat the steps from problem #1. Please let you program designer software company to fix this problem. I hope it will be effective for your cus
Always friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful. Always professional. They explain the procedure, before going ahead with it, always try to ease ones mind, and putting your well-being first. The best!
Had to login twice to get in and once I got in to check and I clicked on back button, it kicked me out. I had to login TWICE AGAIN to get in. IRRITATING. Adds stress and frustration, not good for our health. Please fix it up, thanks!
There are still a few bugs that need to be worked out with the surgery status. Also it would be helpful if there was a way to click on the name to read more on status or explanation of abbreviations
this is a total nightmare....I have never had such a hard time with anything online as with this!!!!followed instructions online,cant pull up Michigan Beaumont to even get to the appt. date. how on earth are we old timers who dont have the iphones get any of this done. its maddening
Worst app ever for trying to do online vists. The app opens your browser, and then tells you the browser isn't supported, and to use the app.
Doesn't work, and hasn't been updated since 2017. Beaumont needs to remove this app and all references to it in their facilities.
It would have been better if it had integrated my chart features.
problem with navigation. keeps logging me out and I have to log in twice for access.

Seems to be a glorified web browser. Opens your actual web browser to download files (like PDFs).
Excruciatingly slow.
Dont hit the back button, it will log you out. I have had good luck with it as long as you navigate thru the bar at top of page. Other then that it is the same as MyChart in browser. It does not shrink page, it does not reformat for mobile freindly. You use same login if you have browser login. I was able to navigate ok.
