The app will display items on discount but not when in checkout. I contacted their customer service and they told me they don't control the prices. I then sent screenshots to clarify what I meant and they told me to use desktop browser instead. Also they reiterated they don't control the prices. So that's what I do. Thanks BeautyBay CS!

Keeps generating notifications pretending to be something in the OS or another important app. Please stop this so I can have notifications enabled for the app. Additionally, please fix the delay between the shop front end and the back end stock system. Every time I have tried to order something it fails as it's out o stock. But showing as in stock on the app or website.

Not working. I love Beauty Bay because it has such a good collection of makeup at fair price with good offers, but now the App doesnt work for me. I have uninstall and reinstalled it, still nothing. I am unable to checkout and the latest development is it wont even let the log back in now. Shame, I'll have to find an alternative if this continues to bug.

All in all a great app, however some of the product picture appear reversed in value (looks like thermal camera effect)... I think it has something to do with the dark theme on Android, and it's pretty annoying not being able to accurately see how some products actually look

Love the stuff but two stars knocked off for the awful advertising spam all the time. I know I can turn notifications/ emails off but they are helpful when you do want to buy something. But I don't want to buy something 8 times a day or place an order the day after I've made one. They use alarming messages to get your attention too. Not impressed.

The discount codes don't give you the discount indicated, there's also no customer service agents to talk to, any error can only be fixed post-purchase; which basically means your problem won't get fixed. This company is a money gouging parasite, stick to Sephora.

Horrible experience, I placed my order on 12 March 2022 nd they dispatched it on 25 March, which I have not received yet, if itrack my order it alwys show tht my haul is in international transit nd never moved frm there. I called their UAE number nd they said they have lost my haul nd will refund me through email, for which I'm still waiting😡.

Terrible app, once opened refuses to close down or let we swipe to a different app. Also lost my order in the middle of checking out...

Very temperamental. For the third time in the past two weeks the app hasn't opened bast the 'Beauty Bay' screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, switching WiFi on and off and shutting down all applications with not other result. Faulty App.

Great products, love their affordable and extremely high quality eyeshadow palettes and skin care. Free next day shipping for a year is like £5 or something and paid for itself the first time I ordered. 10/10 recommend. Love this company.

Love it. Having the app means I get push notifications the second a deal or promotion goes live so I don't miss out. I don't buy makeup or skincare anywhere else now

My name is michelle and i use my partners account. Just want to say i love everything about beauty bay the products are delivered fast, the app is easy to use, items are nicely priced. Only thing that annoyed me is i ordered a product and it got cancelled due to not being in stock. It shouldn't of allowed me to order it in the first place. I could of ordered something in its place. But would definitely rate this app and site.

The app is great. So easy to use! If you've been having trouble with the Beautybay website (I tried multiple times to place an order there and it just wouldn't work), definitely try the app.

This company is terrible, they constantly lose your order and just cancel your entire order without contacting you because they just felt like it? I ordered during a sale and so I got a bunch of items and they just canceled. Like what company decides they don't want money and just cancel orders whenever they want? Yikes, horrible company and customer service.

Do not purchase from Beauty Bay! I have purchased products for myself and for my friends / family. The box was open when it came. Some of the products are upside down, leaking, and not sealed. If you think this is bad, the customer service is worse, it will further ruin your customer experience. It took them 2 months to apply for a refund, which will take a few more months to appear in the bank. I repeat, do not try to order.

The app keep closing and very slow ,and whenever I open any previous hauls it literally stops working

Too fiddly to navigate. Keeps refreshing itself & makes it unnecessarily difficult to edit items in your bag. Promo codes keep coming up as errors, even when they work on the website.
