Amazing, for real. I love how they have most of the products that Watsons doesn't. Also, categories are well organized which I love the most. The app has a clean and simple design so its easier for me to go around the app. However, the restocking time IS AWFUL. Like, you have to wait for MONTHS or for God knows how long the product gets restocked. But it's still a good app. Just hoping u guys restock fast now and I'll give 5/5.

Fast, efficient app, payment is easy and reliable. I can also browse through the pages without lagging. It would be better if an ingredient list and expiration information is included in every product when applicable.

The app is easy to navigate and I didn't have issues with the products since 2020. That was when I made my first purchase and it's good that their assortment is a lot wider now. I love the layout: Exploring new products is easy on the eye. Giving 3 stars because they can improve on turnaround times for approving product reviews. Moreover, it took more than a week to award credits even when the system already recognized that I have 30 approved reviews.

I like this app because it is easy to use 😁, generous in discounts 💓, and authentic for what it sells 👌. I guess my only problem with this app is that most of their products are out of stock, and it even takes a long time for it to re-stock again. But overall, I would still highly recommend it to everyone..😊❤❤

Offers a wide variety of great skincare products. The app crashes at times though; nevertheless, salute to the accuracy of deliveries ALWAYS.

[Needs improvements] I do trust this company or company for my skincare and make-up needs, however I wish when it comes to make-up, I hope BeautyMNL adds a photo of all swatches/pallete comparison to make it easier for us to choose the shade that fits us.

Very misleading pricing! I am a customer for years already and I have observed that you post higher prices during big sale which is very misleading saying that item is in its lower price. You are fooling people. Not going to recommend.

I can't see the age or skin type in the reviews anymore in the new update. I kind of take those into consideration before buying new skincare. It's replaced by a like. Is it possible to have it back?

I love this app. You can guarantee that all their products are authentic and the shipping cost is affordable. I give you a 4-star rating because you are lacking some brands and products from those brands, like, for example, you don't have Neutrogena products. Hopefully, you will put more brands there like Equate.

No problem with the app but when there is a big sale the app keeps on crashing though. Thus for the 4 stars.

It gets my money without getting my order... It says that there's a problem then I didnt get the order but still they get the money

Transactions are fast and products are authentic. There are brands here that I couldn't find elsewhere or when I find them, the shipping fee makes it expensive because of international shipping. But with this app, they sell it in lower prices and you can order different products with different brands in one shipping fee. The only down side but isn't a deal breaker is when restocking takes too long. Also, "pending" status takes more than 2 days to know if they'll cancel it.

While a little easier to navigate through (compared to browser version), it still needs a few improvements: 1. Labels and prices of products are not shown on the 'loves' or favorites section. (would be really helpful if they added this) 2. Limited view of new arrivals (yet again compared to the browser version which seems to be seamless) These may seem minor but I think it will benefit the shoppers in terms of convenience. Until then, I think I'm sticking to the browser version :))

Overall experience with the app is great. But please do consider adding additional photos of the products, not just a thumbnail photo. This is for convenience since I still need to search on my browser what the product looks like inside (for example, the colors of an eyeshadow palette). Also, please list down all ingredients of each product, not just the standard description, "Contains 50ml of (product name)" Thank you!

2nd: New version of the app is so slow to load, tabs and categories are less user friendly than the previous version. Uninstalled it for now, maybe wait for few more months until it gets stable. 1st review: Been using the app for a long time now and it's so convenient buying products online. Only thing I don't like is that the app will not Exit no matter how many times I tap the back button on my phone. Hoping you can fix that soon!

The essence of the app is great. I gave 3 stars for the technicality of the app itself. I've been receiving more errors than before, I tried updating the app cause I thought the outdated one was the problem but it still does the error. Its says try opening another tab first or pull to refresh. Stuff like those that makes me really frustrated shopping. And it also keeps double the items that I've already seen so I have to scroll waaaaaay longer for me to skip another entire 'page' of products that I've already see and wait for the new ones to load AGAIN. So I tend to load it TWICE, ALL THE TIME is very very frustrating!

I love this app. Deliveries are well packed and arrive on time. When they conduct nationwide sales, it's best that you refresh and double check the avilability of the chosen product. I experienced having problems with the availability of the products and that I was told there were some issues with regards to the updating of the app. What happened was I waited for almost a week & a half and noticed that the delivery did not progress. It only happened once tho & BMNL's customer service was helpful

As of Oct. 2, 2020, it's working again! I was able to check-out my items the day before successfully after letting my app rest for a few hours. Still has the best beauty brand selections, hands-down, and their delivery is always on time. Though I love the new look, the new version of the app keeps stopping as of Oct. 1, 2020. Will update my rating if starts operating well again like the former version.

Add to cart options should be updated. When you want to buy a single item, you have to delete other stuffs in your cart before checking out. The option for the buyer to post photos of the item received should also be included for better customer reviews. But overall, the app is pretty good, quality products, lot of sales and discounts and free shipping fee.

It's a very organized app! I love it, it looks so classy and it has a lot of available brands that you can easily choose from. I just wish that it has a little heads up about a product not being available even by just scrolling down and not clicking on the product. I also wish for it to notify me that a product is already available via app and not via email. But, overall, what a GREAT APP! I personally think that it's better than other Philippine online shops. Oh, and the shipping fee is a plus!

love the app, it's beauty at your finger tips. products are guaranteed 100% authentic, shipping service is superb and the articles, so helpful! kudos and may you continue to succeed! although i have a bit of a problem. i keep getting an error right now saying that there's a glitch, tried uninstalling, reinstalling the app and also tried to turn my tablet off and on. still the same i hope this gets fixed and i hope i get some kind of response from you too. thank you and still ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ coz i love the service all in all.

My biggest pet peeve in online shopping for make up is that there is a stock photo of the product, but no color swatches available. I will need to exit the app and go on browser or another shopping app to check shades and skin swatches. I end up buying from other platforms instead. Otherwise, shipping is quite efficient. Products are of good legitimate quality.

App is great since it has a lot of brands in it—local and foreign. However, the app takes time to load and sometimes lags. Also, hope you could allow multiple selection feature for products in the Cart and Love sections. I have to go through each item, one by one, before I can apply changes.

The app then was smooth and it loaded fast but after btymnl changed everything and rebranded their app, every went clunky. It loads forever. It crashes a lot. It keeps on giving error messages, internet connection issues which is impossible since our internet is stable. I thought buying online would be easy but this was a struggle to me. As a platinum member, i missed the days where shopping is as easy as changing clothes.

App is great but it can be so much better if the server loads faster. The features are nice and it's easy to navigate through the app. However; I had problems with the promos. I didn't know where to find them or how to find one. Everytime I check out, I always see this section 'put your promo code here' or something like that. It's also annoying sometimes cause I always see b1t1 products when it's already sold out. Had no idea how to be notified. Cause hoarding is happier with discount.

App is super easy to navigate and it has a loooot of brands (local/international) to choose from. And compared to before that it only has make up and beauty items, it now has home and clothing items! There are a lot of sales too every now and then. Shipping is also good as it delivers early and one shipping is good for every item. Overall, such a wonderful experience in meeting this app ♡
