Ever since you updated the App, I cannot find my "wish list" anymore. The new interface is harder too find things and less user friendly. I cannot search by item types, if I want to look for lip stick, I only can search under "makeup" which the result is too large to scroll through because it include all the makeup types. As the end user of the App, please take my suggestions and considerate the functionality of each tab you design. It was much easier to use the App before you changed it.

Order shipped quickly and arrived in California within a week, during Christmas time chaos. Each item was individually wrapped, carefully and securely, and there were multiple samples. Prices were great, but shipping costs were high, although still a good deal. I'll definitely recommend to friends and order again.

I just received my first order. Shipping was fast, prices are great, wrapping was great, and I received lots of samples and free items as well! Loved it! This is my favorite beauty app now. Definitely recommend 👍👍 Only confusion for me was shipping prices, same weight but different items will cost different shipping fees. Hoping for a clear shipping price table and lower shipping costs ❤

Surf trough the site is very easy and less complicated. They have competitive prices and a lot of deal. The only problem is the shipping fee that make the final price more expensive than other companies like amazon. Other than that I love to using beauty net to purchase original korean skincare products.

Shipments take a while to get here but for the price they're selling it, it's worth the wait. Nothing sketchy like certain apps I will not name and they send the actual products. That work well as expected if they had a special membership sign me up!

I used to shop here all the time, it was my favorite place, but I had to start going somewhere else. I'm waiting for shipping cost to go back to normal. After the gauge, everything is too expensive. One bottle of face scrub would cost me over $22.

Im not able to log in.. even with correct id and password... i would rather use their website to browse..prices are good but shipping cost is too high.. please be reasonable with the shipping cost..thank you

This is one of my favorite places to buy and I would give it 5 stars but now suddenly there is a message that I cannot access to the site in the country I'm located. That's super sad!

The last update is awful, there is barely any section or categories, not even able to look over a brand list, especific kind of product, etc. Everything is in the same list

The user interface is not a good one. Very hard to navigate and to find a product, the rpices are very good

Good products.. Prices are good too, but shipping costs are VERY expensive.. Sometimes shipping fees are even higher than the order's price which is not so encouraging !

Looks just like the website, but I signed up for my account with Google, and out will not let me sign in with my account (says it's disallowed, use a browser). Pity, I love the website but the app is not useful.

The app is always updated with the newest information and is easy to navigate. Prices are amazing even compared to nornal in korea!

If your looking for k beauty products for international shipments, this is it. I highly recommend, lots of brands to choose from😍

Currency only comes in US dollars. it would be good to have different countries currency. Such as AUS, UK and so on..

Perfect service! Received my order within 2 weeks all the way to Sri Lanka during covid. Amazing prices. Yet to try out the products. Will update soon.

Although I did not have any major updates I did get my parcel in 2 weeks time and it came in perfectly with freebies 😀 x definitely good experience so far 😊
