When working properly, this app seems like a good personal saftey app. However, after being installed for 2 days, it will occasionally not open and presumably not work (if i choose to use the 4 power button click function). Really disappointed.
What a stupid kind of app is this, I logged in with a pin and tap the alert button but to cancel the alert it ask pin which i forgot now I m trying to recover pin by forgot pin option but no otp is received from the app and till now my friend and we are getting the emails and sms , and neither support team respond and the email for any problem related to app.
great LOOKING & SOUNDING APP but, despite carefully reading & TRYING to agree to terms, it will not take my agreement. I tried 4x but can't get past that part of setup.Aggravation not worth my time!
Great app. Im surprised this app has only 5k+ downloads. One feature I didn't find working is the emergency trigger with power button.
disappointing. tried 4-5 times because it was going to send a code which I never received hence why it kept saying you have used multible times YES because you never set me the code! maybe they have Sundays off.
Emergency button doesn't work with my phone as I don't have a home button to press. Otherwise seems like a great idea.
Unable to add guardians. Frequently shows invalid mobile number and country code.
woulsnt sent message ti my phone and than said maximum numver of attempts made. unusable but i want to use it still
When tried to install the app. It said maximum attempts for this device and I haven't registered yet.

It's a real shame this is not fit for purpose, as it appeared close to my wish list for such an app that I need for my solo adventures. Non user-friendly, problems with the app freezing, PIN problems, no confirmation after you have checked in and false Active Alert alarms when I hadn't knowingly touched anything. I you feel you must try it, I urge you to use yourself as your Guardian during your testing to avoid annoying the hell out of your friends and family. Cry wolf, etc. I gave my best to get this thing to work, but to no avail. Will continue looking for a working alternative, or have my own app designed.
Will not send the activation code getting same message as others are getting that says maximum attempts.
Has increased my safety from a sadistic crazed ex-boyfriend.
Very useful app for women and minors for safety purpose. Must have app.
Geo fence is not working properly
Won't allow me to register my phone
It won't allow me to register and it doesn't send me a pin to my text messages
But it will not let me change my pin.

i was unable to register my phone number with this app because i was unable to revieve the text before it was deleted off my phone to enter the pin that was sent. Now it tells me that the maximum number of attempts has been made to register my number. This is very disappointing to me as I feel i could greatly benefit from the services of this app. if there is any way to fix this please let me know. thank you.
