Really disappointed. Bought this in Walmart and was really excited to use it. Get home and get the app set up and no matter what I do the wifi connection stops working within 3 seconds of connecting to the device. Not even long enough to get the camera in my ear to see anything. Reading other reviews it looks like a lot of people are having the same issues. They need to make it Bluetooth compatible or something different bc the wifi option obviously does not work.

It took me a while to get the app working, it kept saying "not connected to the internet". Finally I check my notifications and see a notification saying "WIFI has no internet access, tap for options" I clicked the notification and clicked "Stay connected". And the checkbox to never show this warning again. That was it! It worked after that. Only thing I don't like is that I can't adjust brightness or resolution or anything really.

can someone please send me the info on the leaflet included in the box where it says to contact directly for issues with the device? I've lost that leaflet. my device is only a few weeks old and the video quality is so blurry now. I cannot see anything at all in the video. the battery life says 30 mins when fully charged but only lasts 8 mins. lastly, whenever I connect to the app, it crashes on me after a few min. I dont know why its doing all this. id really like to contact them to fix this.

Honestly the device looks nice and it's a great idea. But I cannot get this to connect to my phone. Well it does connect but it says no internet. Then I'm stuck at the WiFi page and can't go back to the app to start. I'm probably going to have to return it cause this is more work than it's worth. I don't recommend buying this if you have an android. Maybe iphone works better? Not sure. Overall I'm disappointed. Q

After the initial setup was done & finally got it working it's a simple tool to use. I love being able to see in detail the inner part of my ear. You can accumulate alot of ear wax through time in there! I don't use Q-tips for ear cleaning so this device is the best thing for the job. I want to get a more advanced model after using the Walmart one. Overall I am satisfied though.

Works flawlessly. A few people have mentioned having no internet while using it but that's only because you connect to the device via wifi because that's the only way to transmit the data from the camera. I was skeptical at first when I ordered but was surprised how well it worked :)

Excellent gadget - once you've managed to get it started. Impressive and real usefull. Only let down by the User manual. Takes hours for initiall charging, you need to know at least the basics of networking to get your head around the instructions, that you better read from beginnig to end. The wireless connection is a nice touch, but feels like being there just for the sake of playing with the latest IT fashion. Connecting with a USB cable would be far simpler to set up.

Honestly, the device is wonderful. It provides a clear, high quality picture, it's easy to use, and it does exactly what it's meant to. It's this app that makes the product poor quality! It frequently lags, drops connection, refuses to detect the device, etc. It's so unreliable that it sometimes makes using my device actually impossible. When the functionality of a device relies entirely on an app like this, it has to operate impeccably, otherwise it undermines the quality of the entire device!

App won't work. I purchased last may. Used for a few months great. They all of a sudden it quit connecting. It was say connected no internet. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I even contacted the maker with no response. Figured I would give it a try again and still doesn't work. Garbage unfortunately. When it was connecting it was great but no more.

Worked great the first time, and never again. I tried everything (uninstall, reinstall, reset device, clear cache, charge device, open app with device on, with device off, connect to wifi first then open app, etc, etc, etc.) It'll connect to the wifi, but does not transfer any images to the app / phone. Feels like an absolute scam, and really disappointed. Probably security issues with this app / device given just how many people have raised concerns this product clearly doesn't do its job.

Worked first time! For those struggling, make sure the app is closed, then turn on the device, then go to your phone's wi-fi settings and join the bebird network. Then open the app and tap the green start button. It's very easy to use and it's handy to take photos and videos to gross out friends and family! 😆 Could also be useful to show a doctor if you have medical concerns.

Terrible product and application. The build quality of their products seem nice until it comes to the wifi connection and video stream. I've gotten a clean video the first time I've used the product, then never again. I either get just a blank screen or a terrible resolution video making it unusable. Fix your software!

Have a child that had a traumatic experience with a bead she stuck in her ear. She was barely 3 but 11 years later she still has a panic attack when something gets put in her ear. Makes cleaning really unpleasant for her and the doc. We bought this as a way to give her control and visualize the inside of her ear. In her head the second something went in the canal it was close to touching her eardrum. Obviously not the case but fear is powerful. She now has the power to overcome the fear! TY!

The Wi-Fi password for the ear wax cleaning pole itself is 12345678, not in the instructions. I had to Google it. Camera didn't work, Wi-Fi worked fine. Flashlight worked fine. The "tutorials" in the app were mostly just commercials, the TV spots. Some tutorials said "No data." or "No file." Do NOT buy!

This current version of the app is very disorienting. No matter how you rotate the device, it's always pointing up so it's very hard to know how to move it to get to where you want to go. The older version of the app I believe showed you the rotation of the device so you knew which way to go to get the wax in your ear. I wish they would go back to that functionality.

I absolutely love this! I get chronic infections and would have my husband look in my ear with one like the Dr.s have. He is colorblind and didn't know if it was white or yellow. It was so frustrating. Just used for first time and I saw one had flakes of dry skin and the other was infected. I put my drops in that ear and flushed the other. I had to change it to use mobile data vs wifi to work. Love love love! Game changer for me.

Works really well. Had an issue on my phone where it couldn't connect and fixed it by selecting always connect even without internet. Camera works really well and don't have blurry issues on the C3. Seems to work really well.

It can connect to the behind automatically but it just do not register it. Hate it! Changed to another Tablet with Android 11, App "works" but with black screen. Their support is .... Just don't buy if you haven't!

Ever since I was a baby, I get an over abundance of ear wax. I was going to the doctors quite frequently to get an ear wash. But this, this is so simple and helps me so much to clear my own ears! So less doctor visits. And it's so simple to use! Camera is really good quality, more than I expected!

Could not get this thing to connect. Finally I figured out to just remove the bebird network and redo it.. and then on the settings make sure to click ONLY USE ONCE for Wi-Fi. This is on Android so maybe it'll help someone. This thing works really well I'm able to see all the oil on my face and it's disgusting 😳

Update, six months later. Still only get a black screen on the app. Pen itself is responsing to the app, but wont transmit video! Terrible app update. Was working fine. With the new app it went super fuzzy. Now won't show a picture at all. Fix it!

Love my bebird ear camera! It's kinda scary sticking it in your ear until you get use to using it but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty amazing to see inside your own ear! You can see very good clear pictures in real time. Great app. I would recommend this product.

Works great! For all those people who don't have wifi, well that should be obvious this is not a internet connection it is a camera connection so yes while using this device you will not have a internet connection! you will have a streaming connection to the camera you are trying to use! So just click ok when it's says no internet connection and open the app! It works great when you don't overthink it. If you think WIFI means internet you have alot to learn to day.

Product is good. People that complain about their issues are mostly chalked up to the their personal lack of comprehension of technology. No, this app is not invasive (you use a WiFi hotspot to pass the video data, so yes it needs to access those permissions ffs). You need to set your WiFi settings to not give up on this network due to the lack of internet connection. You can't have internet (via WiFi) and connect to this scope. Product itself is descent and app is ok

Garbage.... cool idea, does it work? Yeah once beginners luck. Then everytime after was a failure. I've even bought 3 different (new) devices. Still failed got a new phone.... still failed. Absolute garbage waste of money but worst part is waste of time.

DO NOT BUY. Useless product/app. It worked the first time and after that it doesn't. Not showing up at all even after the WiFi is connected. Utter rubbish.

Very disappointed, the wifi will connect but it won't allow me to do anything. It just constantly says to connect to it's wifi even though it is, and so the app is completely useless.

Good equipment but app is quite bad. On installing, first it disconnect phone from wifi network. Secondly my phone dialer become unstable & keeps on flashing. Can't take or disconnect call. Please rectify it.

The question about visual appearance; the app is good, however, the product needs fixing. The first sample is soft and comfortable to use. However, the other micro screw-on parts that are inserted into the ear are not soft nor comfortable as the first one. Makes it had to use. All parts to be inserted as the first part should not only look as the first part do, also operate ans function as the first on as well.

It works great to see inside my ear. I'm scared to clean it though. It was a challenge getting it connected until I turned off the data on my phone. Then it works!
