Only works for about 10 seconds at a time. Not sure if the wifi is the issue or the app, probably both. Tested on an S9. Edit: So actually, everything works perfectly minus the multiple apps. The issue I've found is the device itself 'overheating' and turning off due to temperature control i believe. So oddly, works much better in the cold.
Hard this working in a few minutes. Worth persevering on the first connection attempt, but then fine after that. You have to wait for the battery stats to appear in the app when connected, then you're good to go. Image quality pretty good and able to record video as well as images.
The application doesn't recognize the connection. Right now, I'm inclined to agree with many other reviewers: broken product, false advertising. I'll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.... Unacceptable. Edit... Ok yall, if you got to the website, and download the app from there, it works. The device list is complete. Google should mandate the app version on the store be updated. I should not have yo install the working version, from an untrusted source: security risk.
Bought the w3/wm few months back linked to it a couple times w/np . Tried to use it a few days ago when It was actually needed and the same prob with linking to wifi happens connected w/ no internet. Fix the bugs or get out da biz.
Specifically only for the B series devices. I got the correct working app for my device off their website, so they do have working apps. So either go straight to their website & follow their link to download the app or scan the QR code in your manual that also will get you the right app. This isn't it though. The correct app with the new software and all their devices isn't here on Google Play. Someone is messing up bad which is a shame because the products are decent and so is the real app.
Go to Wi-Fi and it shows connected but the app doesn't recognize it is connected. I'm really unhappy with the app. It used to work 2-3 months ago but now I can't even get it recognize connection to use... This should be fixed ASAP.
Garbage, app dont even recognize that its hooked up to the wifi-just keeps kickin me back to my wifi settings while clearly it says its hooked up. Not to mention there only 2 other models compatible, neither of which is mine the w306. 32 bucks and cant even use it. BS
Almost came here to leave a one star review like most other here, but found one saving comment. Shout out to Bob for explaining it. For those who are seeing mine first, you dont have to install this app. Instead, go through the QR code found on the instruction book. Your device will probably alert you for unrecognized content, but that's fine. Once I actually got this working, I have to say the product is great. A clear camera that ran after just 20 minutes of charging (R1)
Can't connect to device. I installed first time and had no issues. I uninstalled then reinstalled. Now only B1,BB1 device shows up to select. I have C3. Selecting wrong device prevents connection. I've uninstall, reinstalled, restarted phone. No change. Where did the rest of the devices go?
App (Android) only compatible with 'B' model. I have a new 'C' model so does not work, rendering the product useless as the camera won't work. Returning product. Fix app to be compatible with all products and this could be fine.
If I can give a negative amount of stars, I would. After downloading the app, the app never opened up. Someone in the review section said to use the QR code in the pamflet instead of the app. Still didnt not open. It gave options of IOS, Android or K10 download. I have android and selected it and it never opened. I even tried that K 10 download and nothing. Does anyone else know what can i do? If not, I will be returning product.
READ THIS! The app here in the play store is NOT up to date! When I used the qr code to get the app from their website, all the problems went away... it was like a completely different app... not sure why this is, but now we got it working well and got a TON of earwax out of my kids' ear... satisfying and gross... lol

Cant put no stars... bought to try spent 2 hours trying to connect. A. Didnt have my device. B. Kept saying connected without internet. C. Refused to stay connected. D. The app that the manual shows is NOT the same app you download. Was really excited to try this until i couldnt get it to work welp now im taking it back amd getting my money refunded
It worked 2 weeks ago. Now, even though it's connected, the app says it's not. It only gives me 1 option for devices, did you make it so last years model no longer works? Well, I won't upgrade with this company if that's the case.
Stupid app only had one product on it so I couldn't use the one I bought because it wasn't the one that was on there. 0 star rating. No customer support either. Ignorant companies. I hope they go bankrupt
I have had the bebird r1 for quite a few months now. I had to uninstall the app for awhile and now trying to reinstall it only gives 2 options of devices which are not mine. So i can no longer use my bebird and i am very upset. Please fix this asap
Won't connect. It use to work and I got a new phone and reinstalled and now it won't connect. My phone says it's connected but the app doesn't.
No option to select my device N3. I'm returning mine to store. I was really looking forward to having fun with my new ear cleaner toy. What a disappointment. I should have read all the reviews of this app before purchasing item.
This app only supports B1 and BB1 hardware versions. I purchased the R1 version which requires an unverified download of software from their website which has not been vetted. Very misleading.
When the app first launched, it didn't recognize connection and only registered certain models. Now the app won't even open.
The app requires you to connect to the BlueBird WiFi to work, but they never tell you what the WiFi password is
Guess I've been scammed 🙄. Unless someone can give my money back or tell me how to get this device working. Installation was correct, changed phone to mobile data ( since it doesn't connect with the house Wi-Fi) and looked for YouTube instructions! What's next?????🤯
C3 uses a different app, not this one. Download the apk using the QR code in instructions then manually install it (you may have to override unknown provider security). Be sure your phone or tablet VPN is OFF to use local WiFi connection to C3. Working OK on Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite.
Won't even Start. Attempted to start the App at minimum 5 times and it crashes with in one second of trying to start. It would not start.
Even though it is connected through the WiFi, it keeps asking me to connect. My phone recognises it's connected, but not the app? Can someone please walk me through this so I can fix, or I'll be returning the device and asking for money back.
Device works inconsistently, much like others have already described. Too bad this is not the list shown on Amazon because many would avoid purchasing. Returning device.
True, this version doesn't work with older hardware. However, the older software can be found online as APK to install, then it works.
Scan the barcode and go to the main site once you get to that app it works fine at first it wouldn't work because the app at the play store didn't have my version.
Developers need to address the bugs in the app for this device or they will lose considerable business. I have the latest and greatest devices. The app will not open. I tried both on Google play and also through the QR code to no avail, neither will work. This renders the device useless or only like a glorified Q-Tip. I will be returning this promptly if something is not done almost immediately. The company does not seem concerned about these issues judging by all the negative reviews.
