App does not work and despite attempts to obtain assistance there is no one willing to help.

App is very basic but does what it says. Connecting is easy enough and adjustments can be made over wifi or 4g so handy if you forget to turn the heating off whilst out. Theirs a few things I'd like to see added. Firstly more time slots so you can have different temps for different times of day. Frost protection would be another great feature and lastly it would be great if you could override the temperature whilst in auto.

App works great. Can now turn on the heating from work. Only thing I'll say is you're wifi symbol might not flash like it says in the manual so don't get hung up you waiting on it.
Impossible to connect, does not find my ssid signal.... nothing impossible to work it out.
