Non-stop crashing. Now app won't even open. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Cleared cashed and history. App price guide search has been partially broken for over a year.. reported it then and no change....now entire app is DOA w/ android 12. Hopefully someone will actually respond this time.

This app is horrible and takes forever to look up a card. It doesn't seem to be supported because the news stopped updating in 2020. Worst, if you pay it auto renews for $250 a year and there's no way to turn it off in the app.

I've had this app for 3 weeks and I have put 150 cards on the app and I found that 90% of those cards I found with card pictures and info, I haven't bought a subscription yet because I am waiting until the rest of my cards are on the app in the collection feature, they just updated this app on 3/28 and so far this app is pretty good 👍 Update::: 4/11/22 I just tried to add multiple baseball and football cards to my collection and it would not let me add any.......

guide is a bit pricey, but hey, the best isnt free, i guess. this app is a must for the serious collector. no performance or reliability issues for me.

The app needs to be like a stock portfolio on the cards you have.check to see if the price of your card and your entire collection raw and graded are going up or down daily and the value of your baseball portfolio. I'd like to know the current value of baseball portfolio with the total value at the top of the app. If my cards came to a value of $2,500 id like to see it in the top of the app going up or down daily like a stock portfolio. Everyone would love to see there current value

Please fix issues with payment. Idk why it takes a whole day to update and then still wants me to buy pricing. Also why does it take a month to update pricing for new products.

This app was working great and all of a sudden just stopped working. I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall but still nothing.

I'm just astonished how clunky, slow, and frustrating this app is to use. I didn't expect it to be the greatest, but I absolutely did expect it to be quicker and more convenient to use than searching eBay sold listings for comps. If you're considering paying for the online price guide available in this app, don't bother! Stick with the paper or the electronic magazine instead - as clunky as they are to use, they are light years ahead of this app in terms of looking up values for your cards.

Really like the magazine version, but this app is really bad. The Developer should actually try pricing a whole collection with it. Hint... It's nice to see a whole set (or more) on one page. And I find cards one day, but not the next, then again another day...what's up with that? And don't get me started on the image capture whatever you call it because it don't work 99% of the time... And all this for how much? Seriously?

The online price guide which is the main attraction for me is horrible. Hard to find cards, the photo search function is almost worthless. there is a zero refund policy which is clearly stated when you download which is fine. I cancelled within two days because it was easier to look in the physical book. As expensive as this service is I would hope the app would allow you to access the info in a useable way.

Got this app to price cards. It costs to see prices though, a pretty large amount for information thats free with a little more effort. But I thought I'd pay for the convenience. But after signing up for the expensive subscription I discovered that still only gives you access to prices of cards in a specific category. Don't waste your money. Beckett is selfishly money hungry. Use good old eBay and online forums.

I've never taken the time to write a review before, but this app and the subscription service are /so bad/ that I just had to. The online price guide is hit and miss - don't expect to find every card - the desktop site as well as the app are clunky, the "organize" feature doesn't work, and it basically feels like a few high school students threw the thing together in their summer off. Before leaving this review I called customer service to cite how awful the product was, and no refunds.

My app keeps saying "it will not open because of bugs wait for updates ".

Scam.. slow..no prices..can't shut off auto renew.. do not use this app

Trying to organize my collection to sell. Unable to currently use the "organize" feature in the app. Whenever I add a card, it doesn't show up. When I click on an individual folder, it keeps opening the trash folder. For $40/month, I'd expect to be able to use the app. Will probably cancel my subscription.

App keeps crashing and can't get logged in.

I just signed up and I am very disappointed in the app, for the amount you pay monthly you would have thought the app would be better. It is extremely slow when checking prices and you have to force the app closed when you are done as it will drain you battery if you don't. The sort and filter functions that are on the website are missing from the app also. It makes it extremely hard to want to use this service if you have to be tethered to your PC because the app holds you back...

Decent app, bit clunky to navigate.

Very sneaky with opting you into an auto renewal subscription with no way of opting out with this app. Beware you'll need to open the full desktop website in order to change your preference. I was being charged for several months before I noticed it.

Very disappointed in the lack of sport cards pictures. With such a variety of of cards it would be nice to see what each special card looks like. If you won't do it please allow members to add their own pictures of the cards so others can see what they look like. Plus lack of listing of cards worth is disappointing 😞😞😞

I just signed up for a one month trial and did not choose the autopsy option. It automatically charged me for this month. Honestly, I wouldn't mind paying for the service but the price guide doesn't have the values of cards that I am looking for. I have emailed them twice and am waiting for a response.

Horrible service for the price. Prices are not close to actual market. The one good feature is the Organize feature but it is down frequently. Server issues that won't even allow the guide to be used and no customer service to speak to when there is an issue. A shame of what Beckett has become.

Needs a filter by price when viewing an entire set. Also I find that I'm hitting the bottom back button on my phone which ends up taking me home instead to a previous search string. Annoying to say the least. Other than that I like it.

All I get after entering a search is a perpetual "loading, please wait." When it finally does something, it forgets what I was searching for and I have to try again. Un and reinstalled, no help. Just going to delete for good. Internet is easier.

Bug report this morning. App doesn't open.

The company should be embarrassed that this app exists. Useful information is not useful if it is unable to be accessed. I've had this app for about a month and attempted to access it at least once per day sometimes multiple times per day and I think the server was not busy maybe 3 times in total. It is an absolute waste and isn't worth the space it takes. Use a laptop instead to access the Beckett guide.

I used it for 2 hours and couldn't find 4 of the 10 cards I was looking for. The search wouldn't pull up nothing most of the time and I got fed up with it and uninstalled and asked for a refund due to the product not meeting my needs. They refused to refund my money. This is the only review I have ever posted because I just don't like doing them but if you won't stand by your products when they fail then you give me no choice but to warm others about it. And yes it took me 2 hours to find 6 card

It's not like sitting in the floor, thumbing threw pages all day. It's convenient, and easy to use. Some newer cards or little difficult to find. Other than that it's Beckett baby.
