Some times it works, almost every other week I find myself uninstalling it and reinstalling it because it won't let me log in 😑
If you're having issues with the app, uninstall it, turn your phone off and then back on and reinstall it. It should work. BECU just did an update so it may tell you there is an error.
Error establishing the appropriate connectivity during handshake. Frequent outages and false incorrect password errors. Lack of support and no feedback whatsoever.
Mobil deposit is a joke. Takes a photo before it is focused. Constantly says wrong amount entered, or can't find endorsement. Even though it is clearly written on the check.
It keeps saying error establishing handshake. This has been going on over a week now and I wish they would fix it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and no fixing it....
Great beside when I can't check it for days because it says "inappropriate handshake" be great if you'd fix that
kept having the connectivity issue, so I cleared the app data and it works fine again.
Downloaded numerous times and still have connection issues. Won't even load to sign in screen
This app used to work somewhat decent and now all it does is glitch and not an appropriate handshake. Cant do anything with it and its been like that for over a week!
The app used to work but is unable to establish handshay and no longer functions. Get with your app developer to fix this.
I've had problems with my app for a while now. Just talk to them. Go into your app setting clear all data and cache then uninstall and restart phone. Works perfect now.
Was always a great app but has not been working for the last week or so .
Used to work fine, now it always crashes.
"Can't establish handshake". Is it because you're changing names? Leaving your members in the dark. Time to bank some place else.

Thia app doesn't work! All it says is error and I can't even log in! I have tried contacting the credit union multiple times and still they haven't fixed it. Extremely Frustrating!!!
Can't even get into it. Error. Error. Error.
Everytime I try to log in it says my answers and passwords are wrong. I have called to fix it 12 times and it keeps doing it. This app is a waste of time. I use the same password for everything and questions and answers for everything. I've called reset it 12 times never works. POS
This app always shuts down, always so many errors! Now I can't even log in and I know my damn password
Been getting this error for weeks on the lg g5. Worked fine on my other phone.
Had a great overall experience. Could use some improvements but was easy to use and very simple.

Does not matter how many times I enter name, Always brings up security questions that I've never seen.
Shuts down when doing a mobile deposit. Have to uninstall & re-install. Then it works. Otherwise it's pretty simple.
