Can't add anything into the shopping cart on this app since I sign in into my computer to the BBB website to place an order. WHY? I've been using this app for a while and never have a problem, all the sudden if I sign in on my computer and placed an order, when I try to do the same thing on my BBB app it doesn't let me add anything to the shopping cart keep getting an error message. I Uninstalled the app a few times and nothing. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

Pretty much my go to for ordering household items! I really enjoy the free shipping with membership as well. That really keeps me coming back to make purchases as I'm always finding I need something else a day or even a week later. The app is super easy use as well! I'm a happy camper!

Ordered a $200 vacuum and was sent a blender. They expect me to make time to get to their store and also find a way there when I had the item shipped in the first place because I couldnt pick it up. The situation was already horrible but their representative made it to the point I wanted to just return my item instead of having it replaced. They were unprofessional and unhelpful and couldn't even speak English. Now I get to wait another week for their mistake but they said "sorry"!

I used to love this app and shopped here frequently, but for the last three or four months I haven't been able to add anything to my cart. No matter what I try nothing will go in sometimes it says it's putting it in the car but it never actually is there .I'm a member of bed bath & beyond and have been a very loyal customer for a very long time and have missed many sales because I don't live near and depend on online shopping. I can't check out as a guest because I couldn't use my bbb membership

Updating my review 3/2022 & increased it from 1 star to 3: The app is working better now to search for stuff, but now the fingerprint login isn't working. Old review: I'm fed up with BB&B. The app isn't user friendly. When trying to look for stuff it just spins. It takes minutes for stuff to finally load, if it loads at all. Years ago BB&B was the best and the app was good. It's continued to go downhill to the point that I'm probably going to just cancel my Beyond+ membership.

Happy I was able to get my order as a guest. That was very good. The problem I had was creating my account. Tried entering a password but it didn't ask to confirm as well as the use of only letters and numbers for the password. The use of special characters adds another level of security.

Do not like that the "Idea Boards" are no longer there. I lost all the products that I wanted to purchase. I had created lists for people and myself. Please bring back this feature. Shopping list is okay, but it doesn't function like idea boards.

I have had a great experience with BED BATH AND BEYOND in buying in store , employees would ask me if I needed any help, when checking out the cashier was very helpful . I had ordered some coffee cups on line so it would go with my new plates, 4 of the cups broke out of the 8 that I had ordered and it was very easy to do a return, that in it self put my mind at ease . Thanks to everyone that helped me.

Seems easy to use. Coupon availability is up to date. Pretty thorough search engine. Pictures and descriptions are clear.

You can make orders, find store hours, and pick up items using this app. Definitely user friendly. It could work on it's scanning function, but I think that's to come.

One star is too much. This app was unusable. Once you even get it to start showing you items, it didn't filter items the way it's supposed to. I placed an order for in store pickup, which they cancelled. And the item I tried to order was in the store when I went there that day. I regret having bought the beyond + membership. Both the website and the app have been infuriating to try to use.

This is one of the worst search engines I've ever seen on a retail app. It's worse than Target and Amazon with search results tried to use it and decided to uninstall right away. I tried to put in search words and it automatically change it to something else that I wasn't looking for. Absolutely useless and I'll bet the app developer comes back and says please contact us to tell us what the problem is.

Excellent shipping speed! Products are high quality and I would definitely recommend bed bath & beyond to anyone who has high regard for their home. Rewards are wonderful to look forward to and glad there are registry and board options to create. Very happy, customer for life❤️

Super convenient! Exactly what I expect from a BB&B app! Ordering is very easy and you can even create an account with a Google account and use Google pay.

Very easy to navigate...fast checkout, absolutely amazing, I completed my entire shopping under 30mins 👌...my heart is so happy I cannot wait to shop again...most easiest experience ever!! I ❤️ it!!!!!!

This helps me to compare and prioritize products. "Idea Boards" are the wishlists and you can edit a note below your items. Also has a buy later save function for a cart. Can filter and sort product searches. It has your coupons titled "Offers," which you have to choose only one of, but can "apply" and "remove" in your cart in case you are bad at math, lol. There are 3 ways a product is listed as available or sold out, so may get some by delivery only while others might be in store only.........

Good App to use to view and shop merchandise, view coupon statuses and offers. Really love that you can use the app in the store and scan coupons-- no more paper coupons to carry with you. I use to forget to keep the coupons on me so this works well. Unfortunately, the app doesn't allow you to reorder recurring items that I purchase such as Simple Humsn Code A trash bags. It would be great if this app allows reordering of previous orders.

I've had the application for at least 6 months now and not once have I been able to log in to my account. Each time is says error. I've updated the application and my phone and tried reinstalling and changing password as recommended. Nothing works. I always end up having to sign in on a web browser to access orders and account settings.

Great app! It's easy to shop, add gift cards and multiple payment options and my rewards membership saves a lot of money.

They have great quality products for a decent price, and they back up what they sale. if they don't have it in store they can get it with-in 1-2 day's.

Cannot enable fingerprint login and won't keep me signed as it did before. Very annoying having to enter username/password EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app and look under My Account.

This app crashes constantly, it takes a lot of time doing a search. I really prefer to use the webpage.

Very helpful app, but I do prefer a more obvious way to switch shipping and same day pickup options near the final payment page.

Glitches. Frequently doesn't allow adding items to your cart and says try again later. Really frustrating.

I hardly use this app and somehow one 4 minute session used almost 1gb of data. I have no idea what background process this app utilizes but it seems to be a data vampire.

Best service I've had in a long time, and that says a lot. These days it seems you have to hunt an employee down just to ask a question. Thank you BED BATH and Beyond for not making me hunt for an employee! I just wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady who not only helped me, but actually walked with me and helped me find what I was looking for!

Update 2021 Still love the app, but I just placed an order and you asked for my feedback. I wasn't done giving my feedback about the flaws in your app before the pop-up screen disappeared and kept me from sending feedback. I assume you didn't really want the feedback after all? Old reveiw: This is a wonderful way to shop with Bed Bath & Beyond. I still like shopping in the store too but I often shop on here before going. I love the 20% off program! I joined and made everything so much easier!

This app is so painful to move around in. You have to go back, go back, go back to get anywhere! Descriptors don't work! WHERE ARE THE IDEA BOARDS?

It won't let me use coupons that I scanned, and it deleted all the items from my cart. I get error messages on almost every button I try to click.

Saves time and wear and tear on my body. I have back pain and sciatica, so shopping via the BB&B app us so easy!
