FRUSTRATING!!! I'm done with this! Killed-it, re-installed it multiple times, works for one day, all is good and then Wham!!! It stops working. Shouldn't be this hard! All my other WiFi connected apps controlling various devices work as designed, but certainly not this application. SUCKS!
Should be simple to use...1.) unplug the cord to the bed for 1 minute 2.) re insert plug into wall. 3.) Open app and scan for bed. 4.) Bed is now connected... I was about to delete the app since both head and foot motors were being controlled at the same time regardless if I used the single or dual up or down buttons. I saw a response from Linak stating that you have to select either head or foot on the picture first, then use single up or down buttons. Get rid of that, keep it simple!
My wife washed the remote for my bed. Replacement remotes are ridiculously expensive. On a hunch I searched and lo and behold there IS an app for that! And it works!! Literally took longer to download than it was for the bed to search for my bed, me to name it, set motors to 2, and a couple other easy settings. Works flawlessly. Thank you so much! And no, I do not work for them nor am I getting paid for this review.
This app works really well!!! When the screen pops up that says demo, wait a bit for your list of items to pop up. Pick your bed from the list ( probably starts with a couple of letters and then numbers ). Once it connects to your bed, it should work fine. Touch the head or foot of the bed picture and then the up and down buttons should work accordingly. I hope this helps, if you've had trouble getting this app to work with your bed.
Small bug exists where the app seems to lose BT connection to the bed when it gets put to sleep and then can't find it again unless closed and reopened, otherwise getting close to as simple and useful as i could wish for - well, perhaps being able to save a few preset settings for the bed would be handy, like one for reading, one for watching movies, and one for sleeping, not sure if the bed motors would play nice in the long run with that :)
Horrible app. Conneced to double bed and app says it connected to both but it only runs the motor on one side. When I select the other bed it still runs motor on one side. Cannot automatically detect number of motors. This is a very basic requirement so it is very telling that product development ignored this.
do not use. bed is off line most of the time. every thing doesn't work most of the time. hand control doesn't work. they changed the app for your phone and now smartphone can not connect or control the bed. the bed went from good to bad.
It worked at first but then it quite after a few days. All I really want is a replacement remote. Now the app won't find/connect with my bed and it's stuck in an upright position uncomfortable for sleeping ..
It works BUT, App demands to activate GPS and cannot find the bed even though the bed is connected via Bluetooth. It should be an easy to use app, instead you have to double connect to the bed, BT and app, then configure the bed... it's simply not user friendly!
This app itself works great but the Google Home integration seems to be broken? When setting up the device in the Google home app it asks for a Linak username and password to link the service but this Bed Control app doesn't ever prompt to create an account and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to register or sign up. I've emailed support, filled out the website contact form, and left voicemails on the main USA support number with no response from Linak or the developer.
I just downloaded this app today, because my actual remote broke. I was really excited that there was an app,but lost excited because i have to close the app and open it again to find my bed and it will only let me raise the head and feet at the same time. It will not let me raise one individually.
Works great on Serta Slim basic adjustable base. HOWEVER .. i need user credentials to set up Google Home/Assistant for voice control. It shows up as being available in Google list but i can't find anywhere on your website to log in to an account. Please provide info. Thanks. (Then I'll give you 5 stars)
Working like a charm. Would be nice with some shortcuts, but all in all very stable and nice.
Look nothing like the screenshots. Only have 2 options- 'Control' and 'More' and can not save position presets. God idea, but bad execution 😔
Way better than the custom version that the bed manufacturer had. The only thing I really need is for this to work in landscape mode on my tablet and t would be 5 stars.
This app sucks. It constantly disconnects and kicks me out when I try to reconnect it. I was so excited for this bed due to health issues, but nope it sucks
Works fine but I can't set up favorite positions. the buttons do not appear on the screen.
The buttons don't work as expected. Only the buttons that move both head and legs together works.
First App to work with Our Nectar bed, remote control model linak hc2xbl, our bed is getting swapped due to top massage actuator failure, and remote suddenly stopped working, but this app allowed us to at least raise the head of bed and bottom massage if desired.
1 year ago this app had a lot of problems. The developers have been hard at work and now it fully replaced my remote.

Favourite positions buttons is missing from the app. Alarm functionality is also missing.
The time schedule control is missing. Only bed up and down.
Works great, just make sure to highlight what part of the bed you want to raise/lower before you press on the arrows
wont control dual frames for kign size and barely works anyway.
This works for the Leesa base. Cool if you could add preset!
Why, exactly, does this app REQUIRE that I grant precise location access? That's just creepy.

Good for must need. The save functions do not work properly. Actually I don't think anything actually works. Besides the normal function buttons. Up down separate and together also the massage works fully. Also the night light works I believe which is nice. The saves do not save the right thing no matter how many times you try. How does a flat save setting folds up. Ugh. It will work until I get batteries for my remote.
